The property is in a great location, near everything. The house was clean and comfortable. Th management was easy to contact, helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

The construction and insulation are not very good. Or our neighbors were VERY loud.

First let me say that the place was really great; we especially loved the kitchen, dining room space/table, the decor, the auto bathroom lighting, the ease of the door lock system, the entertainment options, AC, the gated neighborhood (though I noticed while out walking the dog that the gate was open one of the nights at 1 am and I couldn't close it), the proximity to the attractions of So Lake Tahoe, and more. But I just wanted to let you know of a couple of issues: garage door key: I didn't figure out that the key went to the door to the garage for a couple of days; maybe a tag on the key would help. the medium-sized black spiders: We ended up needing to kill 4 of these in the downstairs rooms/bathrooms. I know the mountains have spiders but just wanted to let you know. AC fan in the multi-bed bedroom: The motor of what I think was the AC for that space was so loud that I could not have slept in that room. Fortunately, the teenagers were able to. It really doesn't sound right. The BBQ was not useable as it did not heat up past ~200 degrees. We had fresh trout but had to bake them in the oven after trying in the BBQ for 40 min. The propane was not the issue, btw.

The home is very spacious, well appointed and just a few blocks away from Heavenly Village. There you'll find multiple restaurants, live music and eclectic shopping spots. Back at home, you'll find the most comfortable beds to fall in after a full day of adventure. The gas fireplace in front of the generously sized sectional sofa was a main gathering point for our crew at night. The home will comfortably support three couples or two couples with kids.

We loved our stay! Went with girlfriends. Lots of space for the three of us. Comfy beds! Extra blankets! Well organized kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Not only is the beach a short walk, the grocery store and dining is only 2 blocks. The small gated community also made us feel safe coming home late at night. You can also walk to casinos, heavenly shopping and much more. And for hiking it was 25 minutes to east lake trails and 25 minutes the opposite direction to west lake trails, best of both worlds. We loved it!

My husband and I along with our two children, my parents and brother all had a very comfortable stay. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed. It is in a great location- close enough to walk to town and the beach and also a close drive to the beautiful Emerald Bay and hiking around that area. We definitely look forward to staying again!

The condo was very clean and filled with the essentials we would need for our week in Tahoe. This condo is a 8 min walk to the Lakeside Marina and a 10 min walk to Heavenly Village and for us that made it the Perfect Location. We also felt secure being within the gated condo complex. It was also nice having air conditioning for some of the warm afternoons coming back from the lake. There is noise from the condo above but it was never overbearing. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Tahoe's Summer or Winter activities.

We wanted to find something in town close to the gondola and restaurants. The location is great with just a short walk to the Village even with all our snowboard gear and towing our two kids behind. The home was spacious and clean with all the needed amenities. If you want a great place for your dog to have a fun vacation as well Tahoe Best Friends is the place for them. Our only complaint is that the floors appear to be thin or the neighbors were just loud as the upstairs neighbor was up walking around one night at 2 am and woke up the whole family. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and great location and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to heavenly ( although don’t recommend it at night. Seen a bear two night in a row I the same dumpster) 10 min walk to the beach. Bed was super comfortable house was spacious. Well equipped house. Lights went out while we were there but they had flash lights that were already plugged in and charged which we were happy to have.

We had a great time and everything we needed was right there.

Enjoyed walking to locations near bye. The rental had everything we needed.

We wanted a location where we could walk to everything and this was perfect. The unit was very well maintained and had everything we needed to cook at home. We especially enjoyed the deck and gas grill. I would stay here again.

Spacious, well-kept, and well-stocked in the kitchen. Great gated community and close by to the town and the mountain. We enjoyed our stay!

I have nothing negative to say about this home. It was modern, cozy, had great kitchen with everything you need for cooking meals. Nice plush bedding and the place was immaculate. And, kudos to the rental management company. I've been in the business 20+ years and I think you guys did a great job both from a professional point of view and as a guest.
