Great location-Leo, who lives on the property, was a gem. He really enriched our stay with his Sullivan Island knowledge. Had a great time-love the beautiful island!

Perfect rustic, comfortable beach house! Close to beach, restaurants & much more. We ALWAYS enjoy our stay here, as do our dogs! Highly recommend!

Decked out! was exactly the level of laid back we needed. It’s a lovely, welcoming, unfussy home in a great location. The place exudes happiness and quality time together. Easy walk down to a very enjoyable beach. I-Trip handled all the communication very well checking in and checking out was incredibly smooth. We didn’t travel with pets but the dog door and dog steps is a pretty fabulous amenity for families who do. Sullivan’s Is is a great low key destination. We home to come back again soon.

Decked Out is located in a perfect location on Sullivan's Island. The beach is just minutes away. Main street is a short ten minute walk which hosts quaint restaurants and shops. Holy Cross Church is just a short walk as well. We loved that our dogs were welcome. Leo, who lives on the property is most kind and incredibly knowledgeable about Sullivan's Island. Very affordable monthly rate!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Decked Out! The space was good, we loved and spent most of our time sitting out on the screened in porches, really enjoyed the ocean breeze in the hammock. The dog run was fabulous! Our dog loved it, and it provided a safe place for play and exercise along with the spacious yard. Our biggest negative experience was with the furniture. There was not a comfortable place to sit anywhere inside the house. The TV area was not conducive to being able to comfortably sit and watch the TV. The couch and chair that were in that area where both worn down. The bed in the room at that back of the house was also uncomfortable. Overall we had a really enjoyable time. The location was great, we enjoyed the daily walks to the beach and the neighborhood. It was a pleasure meeting property overseer and being able to talk with him during our stay. He was very kind and hospitable. We would definitely go back for a month long stay again!
