Comfortable, quiet and well kept. A little smaller than I thought the pictures showed but overall a great place to stay

Cool spot and close to excursions and great waterfront dining. I d definitely come back and recommend.

Loved the location of this property. The campground is very close to Publix and many good restaurants. Our main issue was the beds. The beds are hard and lumpy, and the pillows are not comfortable. A suggested improvement would be to invest in better mattresses, pillows and bedding, that would raise my rating to a 5.

My daughter who is an avid kayaker loves having kayaks available to her so she could get up before the rest of us and be on the war water.

The site we stayed at was conveniently located in Key Largo. Great amenities for families. Our site was large, comfortable, clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and a Publix grocery store walking distance away. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice RV with everything you need to be comfortable. AC is great in the rooms but not so great in the common area. You need to crank it low initially since it is set to 80 when you arrive. You will find ants and other small flys as you’d expect in a tropical environment. The patio area isn’t as nice as it looked in pictures but still very cozy. All in all I’d stay again.

The trailer is very old and has lots of issues. The air vents are all rusted, shower in master bathroom was super tiny, shower curtain rod was cracked in many places, rotted floor boards on base of shower, no AC in master bath and it was terribly hot! The kitchen cabinet below sink had a light switch that kept falling off, and the wall connected to that cabinet was originally stapled on and kept falling in. There was maple syrup in the pantry and was covered in ants. We swept constantly to keep ants away but they were allover the walls. I sent a text to the contact person and she said she would send an exterminator but never did. The gas tanks were empty so we did not get to cook - I didn't bother sending a text about that because we were afraid of the gas stove. AC did not work well and the kitchen, and dining area was always over 85 degrees. The bed in master has a dip in the center so both people rolled to center. There were metal stairs going into the trailer which were very dangerous since the railing to hold on to was attached to the trailer and was loose - not good for elderly or anyone heavy. Yard was full of stickers that attached to our shoes and towels. Park itself was beautifully kept clean and maintained. Two nice little beach areas but would not swim there. I would stay in the park again, but NOT lot 33.

This RV park is very quiet, and everyone follows park rules, which for me was great. No late partying and very family oriented. I was only disappointed in the beach, as the water is dark and not appealing. But great for kayaking.

Close to John Pennecamp State Park. The place was very clean and comfortable. Tiki hut came in handy when it rained. Overall a nice experience.

We did not stay Catalina Tirado/ Barbara is rude She switched properties because she overbooked. Key largo campground said this is not the first she has done this. After reading past reviews her property has bed bugs, so it is better to loose my money than go home with bed bugs. I don’t know this woman sleeps all night. Karma is a Real thing I hope she gets what she deserves.

Planned a quick getaway. Started a little rocky with a few setbacks; messaged manager to advise who responded promptly. Expectations differ from person to person, so ill just say surroundings were great. Relaxing dockside watching the family of Manatees close up was just awesome!!

I took my 2 boys to Key Largo for a quick 3 day vacation. It was wonderful. The property manger was easy to contact with a couple small issues that were addressed immediately. I felt at home here and would do it again! :)

enjoyed the use of the Kayak. Only found childrens PFD's. The property was clean and basic. The only issue we had was with the hot water in the shower. Could never dial it in. One shower did not have enough water pressure to take a shower. The main shower we could never get anything other than slightly warm water. Sinks all had hot water. I never contacted the property manager since our stay was short and the only thing we did is sleep in the camper. Would stay again if ever in the area. Did not use any other amenities other than the kayak. Beach was very clean.

The marina area and RV make for a great,scenic vacation spot, but unfortuanately I found bed bugs in my bed after the first night. The manager was cooperative and did have fumigators and cleaners in immediately, but I don't believe this completely eradicated the bugs or our"scratchy" moods. I hate to share this kind of news, but it is the truth. Other than that, it was a nice place. A few towel bars, or shelves in the bathroom would be great.

This is a great place to stay. The beds are very comfortable, better than most you will find in an RV. It’s also extremely clean, and the communication with the owners was really easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great spot in the keys.

This location is great for a kayak ride through the mangroves! It is also near John Pennecamp, many restaurants and cafes. We recommend Hobo Cafe!

Stayed here with the family for a long weekend while exploring the Everglades. The grounds were great with a ton of amenities to enjoy (pool, playground, volleyball, bache, shuffleboard, etc.) Publix is within walking distance and incredibly convenient. This RV fit what we needed - a place to relax after a days worth of hiking.

It was in great shape and very clean. Excellent location and beautiful layout outside with the tiki hut. The water pressure was terrible, the system was really loud and it was difficult to figure out how to get the water to work. Otherwise it was a great spot for the price. Thank you.

We brought our Kayaks and had the two of the best paddles I wont soon forget. The place was clean and worked just fine. Great location for activities and restaurants. KLK is safe and friendly.

Key Largo was great, weather was cool but able to do plenty outside, because outside was preferable to rental. Rental was not very clean, especially in the bathrooms, around showers and fixtures. Water pressure was very low, made it difficult to impossible to shower. Listing stated that internet and local/basic channels were available. Internet was adequate, but no channels available. Called renter for help, left message, got no response. Will not rent this property again.

the individual ac units in each bedroom were loud, so we turned the main one on in the kitchen and it was PERFECT!

Pretty good experience. Beach area not as expected. Located off the main road and a little difficult to find based on provided address. Small hot water system. Very nice staff, pool, and location to supermarket, restaurants, and dive operators.

Overall we had a great stay for mini lobster season. I have stayed at key largo kampground before so I knew my way around. The camper was clean when we arrived. Upon arrival I wasn’t able to get in because the lockbox code was never sent but I reached out to the property manager and she quickly solved the problem. There are a few things that could be improved such as providing a grill brush and broom. Also the oven did not work. Other than those small things our stay was great!

Location is perfect for staging a paddle board/kayak/boat run. Our RV was really nice with an awesome tiki hut, charcoal grill, kayaks, a paddleboard and plenty of room for games like cornhole

We had an amazing time!

Was easy to check in and out, very clean. Only negative was oven was out of order, and as a celiac I have to cook my own food. But Publix is right next door so we managed. Would stay again.

Cute little spot. Really enjoyed the outside area.
