This was our first time to St. Augustine and we absolutely loved your house! It was easy to find, close to the beach, the layout was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool, all the decks and the elevator. Other aspects we enjoyed were the large island in the beautiful kitchen. Thanks for providing beach chairs as well.

We absolutely loved it! It’s a lovely home, spacious and comfortable! Everything was clean and kitchen well stocked. The beds were super comfortable!
The walk to the beach was super easy and of course the beach is spectacular. The pool was nice and private-loved it. I honestly didn’t think we’d use the pink pong table or shuttle board but we had such a fun time with those!
We loved that we could walk to restaurants. The Beachcomber was a favorites from years ago and we were thrilled when we found we could walk there in no time. We also enjoyed shopping at the little surf shop across the street. We all had a great time. Thank you! Looking forward to our next trip!

This home far exceeded our expectations. The pictures look amazing already but once you arrive on property and step inside you will see just how special this beautifully decorated home is. We had two families with a total of 5 children ranging from age 2 to 11 and everyone in our group loved the home. The owners and property manager were all so friendly and easy to get ahold of when needed. Plenty of space for everyone to relax for a week without feeling on top of each other, game room was a hit, pool was perfect for unwinding on day 1 and after long days at the beach. Even with a hurricane threatening our trip, we were more than happy to have this spacious home to hang out in. Super easy walk to the beach on nice days, very short drive to grocery store, plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, and a quick drive to all the tourists attractions. We can’t wait to go back.

This house was lovely! We had plenty of sleeping spaces and plenty of room for dining and family games. The pool was just right and the beach was a short walk away. We were close to eating places and grocery shopping. This was a wonderful family vacation!

This house is 5 stars but I would give it 6 if I could. Perfect for our group. The kids couldn't decide what they loved more - the pool, garage games, or the beach! The adults loved the comfort of the home, all the porches, and special touches. The beach access was so convenient. The elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. We were very thankful for the responsiveness of the property manager as well. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This is a special home, beautiful & comfortable with plenty of space for our extended family of nine.
Large kitchen has everything, dining & family room kept everyone together but not crowded.
Porches are great. Elevator was handy.
We really enjoyed coming & going to the wide beautiful beach or just floating in the heated salt water pool, cool nights were no problem.
Safe quiet street with no traffic.
We walked to restaurants & fun spots.
Housekeeping service was ready to help.

This home was perfect for my family. I was especially pleased with the responsiveness of Chelsea Powers, the property manager. It was great swimming in the heated pool in the rain. The children had a blast. We also enjoyed the games in the garage. The location was good and a short, beautiful walk to the beach.

The home is beautiful and extremely comfortable for a family celebration. We stayed over Christmas, but the very heated pool saved the day for family swim time. The location cannot be beat. Sunrise viewing from the porches were an additional bonus. The host and his family have provided an inviting and warm home for your family vacation.

Our first time using VRBO and our experience was excellent. The property fit our needs perfectly for our family's Thanksgiving holiday. The house was clean and very well equipped for our needs and the property manager was responsive with any questions or issues we had. We can definitely recommend this property!

We had a great stay, 9 adults for immediate wedding weekend and 6 for balance of the week. Plenty of flexible space, great spots to relax, fun times by the pool. Location is great for beach, town etc. Publix and several restaurants nearby although we rarely made it past The Beachcomber lol. We are local to Jax and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with family who travelled in from the UK etc.

Nicest rental we’ve ever had. Spacious, well-appointed, had everything we needed and then some. Great pool, tons of beach stuff, ping-pong, fooseball, shuffleboard, board games, the whole nine yards. The owners and property manager plainly take pride in this home and in being great hosts. We cannot recommend this property more highly. Don’t think twice - book it! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful property with all the conveniences thought of. Pool was wonderful, ping pong and all the other games in the garage a huge bonus. Easy walk to the beach. Mamagement was proactive and extremely responsive. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Our family spent two weeks at this tastefully decorated home. Check in was simple and all our questions were answered in a timely manner. The beach is an easy and quick walk! There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the grocery store is close by as another bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed time on the many decks and by the pool too. Time went too fast!

Our family had such a wonderful Thanksgiving week helping us celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary at this property. The house was amazing with lots of room to be together and to spread out. Everything was easy from check in to instant replies from the property manager when we had questions. Even though the weather was cool and sometimes rainy we had so much fun in the heated pool, at the beach, exploring the area, and especially playing pingpong and foosball. We will always have great memories of our week here and hope to come back sometime in the future.

A block from the beach, right on A1A, walking distance to restaurants, 10 min to historic district downtown, elevator was a blessing! Property manger and owners were immediately responsive to any concerns or questions.

A perfect 4th of July
We were fortunate to stay at the beach house from July 2-9. EVERYTHING was perfect! We loved the space in the house, comfortable seating and spacious area for dining in. We used the grill several nights for wonderful meals. We spent lots of time on the balconies enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. We watched the fireworks from the 3rd floor balcony. Best seats ever! The afternoons and evenings found us enjoying the pool after a day at the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a perfect match for us. The second refrigerator on the first floor came in handy for storing extra items. The laundry room was very handy and used often to keep beach towels clean. Chelsea was a wonderful contact and extremely helpful as we prepared our trip. This by far is the most beautiful home we have had the privilege of renting. 5 star visit.

Clean and Comfortable
We stayed with two families of 4 for a low key beach vacation. The house was very clean and set up wonderful with furniture and all needed accessories. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach with very easy access. The beach was great sand, and fun for walking and playing in. There was a fun surf shop right across the road that offered affordable lessons for our kids. There were plenty of fun games in the garage and lots of other beach toys and bikes.

Enjoyed our two week stay at this lovely, spacious, clean home in St Augustine Beach. Great amenities. Excellent comm with property manager. Close to beach, 15 min to historic St Augustine. Loved 3rd floor living/dining space.

Thanksgiving at the Beach
We had a great stay at this property. Our collection of three families had plenty of space for adults and kids. The downstairs suite was perfect for the grandparents, while the bunk bed room and play room were perfect for the kids. The kitchen and living upstairs is enormous with more than enough room for our party, and the multiple patios and decks allowed some privacy.
We had a couple minor questions at check in that the property manager promptly addressed. We would have preferred a warmer pool, but nights were really cold during our stay so the heater just couldn’t keep up despite the solar cover - we also didn’t bring it up with the property manager so they may be able to fix for future stays. All in all we’re happy to return at some point in the future!

Beautiful place beautiful stay
I came with my family to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday! The house was beautiful and just down the block from the beach.
We loved having a heated pool and lots of outside areas to enjoy the beautiful weather.
The only bad part about the trip was that it was over too soon! We had a great time!
