We really enjoyed the dock and all the toys. We spent most of our time out there. However, pictures of the bed arrangements were not accurate. The bunk bed mattresses, which are the majority of the beds, were not comfortable at all. There is NO water pressure. You could not shower 2 people at a time, or even shower and wash dishes. Even with just one person showering, the pressure was not the best. We had 11 people, 5 being kids 10 and under, and this made things difficult. Also, the kitchen was not big enough to cook for 11 people. There is not enough storage for food for the amount of people the place supposedly accommodates, refrigerated or not. I had to interview with the owner prior to being able to receive the door code. I assume her family were the last occupants since she said they were there the weekend before us, and they left a dirty diaper in one of the trash cans festering for a week. This was our 3rd time doing or family trip to the Lake of the Ozarks and this place was not worth what we paid.

The property was wonderful with enough space for our large group of 12 to be comfortable! The manager was good a communicating and very easy to work with.

Great property. Easily accommodated 10 guys for a fishing trip, some of us on the larger side. Everything was exactly as described and Tricia was so nice and easy to deal with, and always quick to respond with any questions I had. We hope to be back next year.

Tricia was so detailed that I didn't really have any questions. Everything we needed was provided. The house was perfect for our group and everyone had a great time. The lilly pads were a favorite.

The cabin was very clean, roomy and had a pretty view from the livingroom. The bathroom was a good size and had a nice shower. We used the deck, dock and grill -- enjoyed ourselves. I would stay here again.

Perfect spot for a little relaxing, not a busy spot on the water which allowed the kids to jump and swim until they were wore out. Parking was a little cramped but once you get out of the Cars, the dock is where you'll be. Definitely will be doing this again!

It was the perfect place for our vacation. The kids loved the dock and jumping off the diving board. Pack groceries on the way in.

Good place, close to eating places, entertainment, rented a boat while we were there, fishing was good right from dock, nice cove, owners were easy to work with.

We had a great time. Kids jumped off the dock for hours every day. We had everything we needed at the house and lots of fun water toys.

Our family of 10 (three generations) spent a wonderful week at this property. Ample space for all! The five grandkids loved having their “cousin camp” on the lower level where there was room for all of them to sleep in one room. Oh, the giggles and chatter from them! We spent most of our time outside as the weather was perfect but the house also had a comfortable living space overlooking the lake and a well supplied kitchen. To my pleasant surprise, when all 10 of us came off the lake every night to shower, we never ran out of hot water! There were comments about the parking being tight but we had three vehicles and managed just fine. The dock was what drew us to this property and it did not disappoint! The additional “toys” provided were a big hit. Everyone enjoyed the lily pad. I was impressed at how fast the kids took to the paddle boards and kayaks. In the evening the kids enjoyed catching bluegills off the dock. Tricia was wonderful to work with and quick to answer all my questions. She even took the time to call me a few days before our trip to discuss what was provided and what I might want to bring, which was very helpful. All in all, I would recommend this property and consider going back.

We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers stay at the property. Plenty of room for all. We enjoyed the location of the property being in a quieter cove but also close the amenities. Having the diving board, lily pad, kayaks, and paddle boards was also a nice perk. We used the cast iron pot to make a shrimp boil over the fire one evening. We rented a pontoon from Lake Toons. They delivered right to the dock. Great vacation!!

The weather wasn't cooperative, but we spent as much time in the lake and kayaking as possible. House comfortably slept our 11 adults, 4 kids, and 1 baby. We did alot of games and puzzles when it was raining. Very nice stay.

We enjoyed this home very much, there was 12 of us and we all had plenty room. Very clean, great view and we loved the dock!! The road and parking could have been a little better we had 3 full size trucks and felt there were sticking out on the road some, they werent of course but a little to close for our liking. The house and dock more than made up for it!!

The house was clean and is as described by the owners. They were friendly and easy to communicate with. The dock and amenities were GREAT!!! Everyone had fun! There were however some items we were disappointed with. Parking with multiple vehicles is difficult!! Three cars would fit fine, but two cars and a truck is not easy. It took a lot of maneuvering and it was a tight squeeze. Also, the water pressure is HORRIBLE!!! Although there are two bathrooms, both can not be used at the same time. If someone is taking a shower, neither toilet can be used or the person taking a shower will have only a drip of water coming out. It is also impossible for two people to take a shower at the same time. The house does accommodate a lot of people, but showering does take planning when only one person can shower at a time and no one can go to the bathroom while that person is showering. This is absolutely not normal! My parents use to own a home on the lake and two people could definitely take a shower at the same time and someone could use the toilet at the same time with no issues with water pressure.

I've never had better communication with the owner before. The house is great and in a great location. On a quiet cove, yet near the Lick Branch that was perfect for everyone to wakeboard and such. We even caught some fish off of the dock. Not to mention all of the fun activities such as the paddle boards and Kayaks. Thank You so much for a wonderful stay!

We had the best time! There was so much room and everything was nice and clean. We spent a lot of time enjoying the dock and all the fun activities they had!

We had no issues renting or contacting the owners. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The parking was good except you cannot have too many large vehicles. Overall, we loved this place and will be back.

The home was great and the doc was fabulous that’s were we spent most of our time. The lake was warm perfect for playing in the water all day. Lake Toons boat rental delivered the boat to our doc and supper people! We will go back!

We really enjoyed the property. We stayed 2 nights mid week. The property was perfect for our family of 4. My only issue was that the instructions were sent to me at 7 pm the night before we left. I will admit I skimmed the instructions. However I was shocked to find we needed to bring trash bags, lighter fluid, wood, our own grilling tools and kitchen scissors.

Wonderful family time! There was space for everyone and all the outdoor activities we were looking for. The managers were so helpful with any questions we had.

House is very clean, very cute and very spacious. The dock is superb with amazing views from the dock top deck. The home is located in a big and calm cove, perfect for hanging on the dock or boating. Tricia was awesome! Super easy to get a hold of and so nice. We would absolutely stay at this home again!

We had a great time! The roads were hard to navigate and we didn't have enough parking. The house was great and everyone had a comfy place to sleep. Lots to do on the boat and at the house!

We had a blast. We went in the early part of May so was very chilly. But with the provided kayaks we were still able to get on the water and have fun. They also provide a ton of board games and cards which we enjoyed laughing and playing together. We have three kids who loved fishing off the dock and feeding the baby geese and baby ducks. It is quiet no wake cove which we love having. Can't wait to go back when it is warmer to enjoy the water.
