This was our second year to rent this lovely home. We loved playing cards, doing puzzles on the outside patio. We loved playing pool and watching movies downstairs. The path for a beautiful walk is right outside your door and in a great location. Adam the house manager is great to work with and easy to reach. Thank you we had a blast making more memories. ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the large kitchen made our meals a breeze. We will for sure be staying here next time we are in Flagstaff! Thank you!

We all really enjoyed staying at this home! We all voted to stay at this house next year for our yearly Polar Express and North Pole Experience adventures. It has an awesome game room and a big kitchen with plenty of places to sit to eat. The views out of all of the windows is of pine trees and forest and really beautiful. We also went to the North Pole Experience, which is only 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed that we were close to all of our other adventures also: Bearazona and Deer Farm. It was a treat for us to order food delivered right to the door from SomeBurros Mexican food and Dutch Bros is 7 minutes away. We were able to go right behind the house to trails that the kids were able to find multiple Geochaches. The house is on a cul-de-sac which felt very private and quiet. This is a great house and we hope to book this next year for our yearly Christmas adventures.

Spacious for the 15 of us to celebrate my birthday this week. Easy access to major highways. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great experience!

The home was wonderful accommodating our family group of 12 (6 adults and 6 children). The property manager responded immediately to any concerns. We had difficulty w the from door lock so we used the garage for entering/exiting. I would highly recommend this home!

This property was very spacious for our 11 family members!! The 3 livingrooms with TVs were a hit with everyone. The open concept kitchen was very nice to talk with family while making dinners.. We played many games of pool on the regulation size pool table! It was very nice to have the extra refrigerator downstairs in the kitchenette for our drinks. We loved the decks and patio propane fireplace. The Ponderosa Trail was just down the hill from the patio. We walked it everyday!! This is a must rental for families... we definitely will be back in the future

This is probably the nicest place we’ve stayed in our yearly family (8 adults, 6 kids in four households) summer vacations around the country. Great location, best equipped kitchen, all up to date, with many thoughtful touches. Easy to use as a hub for day trips to national parks and monuments in the area. Beautiful setting next to woods and greenway. Could probably use one more bath and a hot tub would be nice, but we made do! Master suite is huge. Lots of amenities, including big TVs, game room, outdoor living space on decks and patio with gas fire feature. Can’t imagine anything better in Flagstaff area in this price range.

Master suite is huge. Beautiful setting next to woods and greenway. Everything up to date and first class. Could use one more bath, but we made do. Close to many attractions including national parks and monuments. We basically used it like hub and spokes with day trips to attractions.

We live in Texas two of our kids live in California. So we find this house on VRBO in flagstaff,AZ to have our first Gathering. This house set the bar high for our future stays. Clean, roomy, comfort, beautiful, everything provided and we loved it.

Great location for our large family Christmas get-together! There is a hill outside for the kids to slide down in the snow, a great walking/running path and a park nearby. The house was large enough for all 16 of us! We really enjoyed our stay here and will be staying again!

Great open living space on the main floor to accommodate a large gathering with master and office on main floor along with the kitchen, dining, and great room. House is exceptionally well appointed, can I mention there's 9 TV's and 3 living areas plus an office (TV in each bedroom). The kitchen has every gadget, spice, condiments, tools, serveware, cookware you could need including a coffee maker and K-Cup along with some pods to get you started. There's dishes and silverware to serve the 16 guests this home allows. The beds are comfortable with high quality linens and pillows, along with high quality towels. The location is perfect-minutes to Starbucks and shops/restaurants. The home backs to an open space (very private yard) and paved walking trail through the neighborhoods and just down a small block, a park with play equipment. In addition, the home is stocked with board games, poker sets, giant jenga, cornhole, pool table, pinball, a few bikes including kids size bikes, 2 grills, outside deck seating on main floor and in the back yard - with a fire pit. Owners have thought of everything. Don't miss this one.

This home was perfect for our group of 7 however we could have fit 3 more for sure. Super clean and beautifully decorated. You can tell the owner has pride in the home. Gorgeous neighborhood with walking paths nearby through the line trees. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with supplies. Beds super comfortable. Would def stay again!

This house is absolutely amazing! It accommodated everyone and our favorite part was the amazing porch outside into the woods. It’s right down the road to a nearby park with a big grass field. Absolutely beautiful. Due toe COVID, they ensured the home was disinfected from top to bottom. We already want to book again for next year 😊

This home is very big and spacious with a beautiful woodsy backyard with walking trail. The home was very clean. We had an amazing time.

This is the greatest house I have stayed in period. The pictures are spot on with what this place offers! Huge kitchen and lots of space everywhere. This is the perfect place for both large and small groups. If you are between this and another house....choose this one ASAP, it’s worth it! The location of this house is perfect. The backyard backs up to part of the National Forest and hiking trails. It’s also 4 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. If your coming from the valley, this location is perfect since you don’t need to drive through Flagstaff and the weekend traffic. The guest host contact is very helpful and quick to help with any questions or needs you may have about the house. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Book this house, you won’t be disappointed.

My family and I celebrated a very special birthday weekend here at this Flag property and it was incredible! The house is beautiful and big enough to accommodate a large family like ours. We had a wonderful time!

Amaizing house

House was amazing, clean, roomy, pool table was great! Loved that we can just walk out back and go sledding with the kids!!! Adam was great and responded quickly with any questions we had !!

I was so pleased when I entered this beautiful, roomy home. I was in Flagstaff for my daughter's master's graduation from NAU, and had our family of 16, join us for the time. Everyone kept inquiring about the home so I am sure you will get repeat customers. We loved it!
