Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything a family could want. Had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs and downstairs was decorated nicely. The basement added a lot of extra space to hang out. The backyard would have been great to hang out in had it not been for winter. We felt very safe in the area. We found several restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in the area. The landlord was easy to reach to answer questions. Yes, we would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

We truly enjoyed our stay during the Holidays . The House is super comfortable and we were able to go on day trips to other locations in Colorado!! We loved it!!!

Overall was disappointed in condition of house both from a maintenance and cleanliness perspectives. In brief the house could use some TLC. Walls and woodwork need a fresh paint job. Leak in shower caused water to leak to the basement (based on Water spots on basement ceiling this was not a new problem) faucet in kitchen needs tightening; light bulbs need replacement; screen door needs to be repaired; rugs need to be replaced; furniture in living room is tired and food was under the cushions; crumbs were inside the food shelves. House is situated on main highway which can be annoying especially during rush hour. Pictures viewed on net do not fairly represent the condition of the interior of the house. The owner offered to reimburse me for one of the five days there and did come over to see the property when I called him.

Great place. Central location with access to downtown in a few minutes. Decorated beautifully and nice amenities. Will stay again when in the area.

If you are looking for the perfect home for your family vacation this is the one! Our family of 3 generations met to celebrate our mothers retirement and birthday. It couldn’t have been more special for all of us. From the location, interior decorations and comfort of the home, to the backyard activities for the kids, I would gladly recommend this stay with 5 stars plus of gratitude.

From the dirt covering the vents. Filthy baseboards, food and grim in every cabinet of the kitchen. This doesn’t begin to cover the experience. The backyard is far from what the pictures portray. The basketball rim is bent The “playground” is very worn down and the playhouse is actually a locked shed for storage. My toddler even found a needle top to a USED SYRINGE under their washer. After being nice enough to contact the owner of the property. He came over with very little concern and didn’t even offer to the dispose of the needle. The owner proceeded to tell me “ how he could count on one hand. How many 3 star reviews he has had since 2018.” Finally, he basically asked me “what I wanted?” As if I I was pawning for a compensation….. At first I was not going to write this review, but I want to save someone from wasting their money on this property. Yes, it is close to most amenities, but like the old saying goes “You cannot put lipstick on a pig”and this is the whole hog. Extremely disappointed.

The house is well appointed and kept up, we had everything we could have needed! Everyone enjoyed the backyard and playing some basketball as well as the ping pong table in the basement! We only had a couple questions during our stay and Billy was very responsive and helpful! Would have no issues staying here again if I was coming back to the area!

Big Family reunion and daily commute to surrounding cities for 12 days for a softball tournament. This spot offered us a spacious yet cozy family oriented space to relax and have fun once our daily duties were complete. The backyard was beautiful and just right for the kids. We had a couple of small concerns which were addressed immediately by the owner. We appreciate their friendliness and attention to our needs. Im hoping this can become an annual spot for our summer trips to Colorado!

We stayed here while we worked at the national western Stockshow. It was nice to come home very night to a cozy house, there was plenty of room for all of us and the downstairs living area was great! There are two kitchens, so it made it easy for everyone to make their meals. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

This house was the perfect stay for our group. The kitchen, restrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked. The house was clean and tidy, and there were festive decorations for the holiday season. The property manager was prompt in responding to our messages. We would stay here again!

This house has fabulous amenities! We LOVED the basement with the ping pong table, games, and bean bag chairs. It was also a special touch that the house was decorated for Christmas with 2 trees! The backyard with basketball and swings and a slide was perfect for the kids. The tub in the master bath was also really nice to have. Delicious pizza from Brooklyn pizza was very close and grocery store. Overall great stay and would recommend!

The house was beautifully decorated and spacious. Perfect for open entertainment and comfortable rooms. Fully finished basement is great for additional gaming and sleeping room. Very clean property!

It was easy to get to and easy to check in and out. Large space for extended family to spread out both inside and out.

Stayed here for almost a week with a family group. Plenty of space to spread out. Showers were great! Mattresses were sub par for comfort, but kitchen was well stocked, house was very clean with wonderful amenities. Kids loved playing on the play set and basketball court!

We felt at home. Neighborhood is pretty quite and peaceful. Look forward to coming back to this house. Great communication with the property manager!

We were in town for our daughters baby shower. She lives less than 2 miles for the house. The house was clean and spacious enough for our crew of 5 adults and 4 grandkids. The grandkids loved the backyard with the swings and sandbox. Close to grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Would highly recommend this home!

Amazing property! The house was clean and had everything you needed. The basketball hoop is great. Dope breakaway rim. There were drinks and a couple goodies left over in the fridge which were free for us to have from prior trips. The house layout was thoughtful in design. The laundry room had detergent. The location was perfect for covering a lot of ground. Short drive to bolder and golden and Denver downtown scene. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week at this clean and comfortable home away from home in Arvada! Quick access to downtown Denver and local neighborhood parks, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely book again on our next trip to the Denver area!

We rented the property as a home base while attending our son's wedding. The home was perfect for our group that included oursleves, two sets of married children, one infant and a mother-in-law. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to have privacy. Big enough to have fun shared space as well.

This property was great! So much space, especially in the basement and in the yard. The host was very responsive and we truly enjoyed our time together in this home for the Thanksgiving holiday. We would certainly recommend it to anyone staying in the Denver area!

We were moving into town and this was a perfect place to keep the kids happy and be comfortable while we waited for our house to be ready.

This home was great for our stay in Arvada! We had 3 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room. The ping pong table was awesome and the outside space was great for the kids. The slide was broken, so one of my little ones got a pretty nasty cut/scrape/bruise on her leg. We let them know about it before we left and I’m confident they’ll take care of it. The kitchen had everything we needed- plenty of dishes for everyone, very well appointed. Overall, a great place that was close to the family we were visiting. We will for sure stay again!
