The view was incredible and the staff was perfect. It was a standard stay, with no issues which is the BEST type of trip to have. As it was in Denver, I appreciated the complimentary water provided in my room. The toiletries were lovely as well.

The parking was -- meh. It was a free lot, but the lot was SO FAR from the hotel. That cannot be changed so... overall I had a great trip.

I was charged over double and then was told it would be fixed. My final price is still much more than what I booked for. That’s not really okay. It should have been what I book for and I have booking receipts showing that. NO EXCEPTION. That should be adjusted cuz then I book based on what I’m promised and book for and have to pay different just cuz? It’s sorta scamming. This was my first time having that experience here. I’m deeply disappointed

I was informed that a charge for incidentals would be held on my credit card. I checked my account upon check out and discovered 2 charges for incidentals. The front office clerk was unhelpful bordering on rude. When those charges came off, another charge appeared that was not made by me. Check your accounts when staying at this property. It appears they grift.

Lots of room to park in. Access to restaurants within walking distance. The weight room was decent.

The air conditioner did not work properly. We had it set on 64 and it was still 75 in room. Access to wifi was toooo expensive. When I checked in, the front desk person made me feel like using booking.com was the biggest mistake! I have used that site for years and never had a problem. The bathroom needs to be cleaned a little deeper because there was visible mold along the tub.

Amazing view from 7th floor

Air quality in room, difficult to get fresh air only with air conditioner.

Room 335 was my room and I really loved my Mountain View with a waterfall. Also, I liked that there was a restaurant just downstairs in case of bad weather. A third perk is a lot of places like Dave and Busters and a whole array of restaurants! Will be back for sure!
