AC WENT OUT AND WAS FIXED THE SAME DAY.

We (12 adults and 2 children ) had the best stay. This location was combiner and the house was perfect .

Pros: Location had good access to E 6th and not far from Rainey. Able to scooter around town to everywhere we wanted to go. Solid location. The house was modern and nice to stay in with plenty of bathrooms for 12 people. Beds are memory foam so when sharing bed you don’t feel too much movement. Con’s: The oven in the main house didn’t work but the one in the guest house did. I was told there is no early check-in allowed so I rented a car to store our bags, only to find out day before there was the ability to check-in early, which we did- so pro for ability but con on communicating it and costing us money for car rental. Lastly, I was expecting this to show as a “travel” category to get 5X points and offset hundreds of dollars, but it is not processed as such.

Great location and space.

Overall it was a fantastic boys weekend in Austin. Both units were overall great. We did check in with a screen door off its hinges and the oven inoperable in the main unit. Outside of that, both units were looking great, tons of activities, and great location. Overall, great stay (just need to fix minor details).

7 of us had too much space for a bachelorette party weekend! This house (both units) can easily fit double the amount of people comfortably. Great convenient location and so quiet. Amazing bedding

Short walk to 6th street if that’s your thing. We preferred 3rd street anyway. Also a moderate walk to the river and downtown. House is like new and very well professionally managed. This is not a home but a full time rental, good and bad. No complaints here. Only comment is there are actually only 4 bathrooms. Two en-suite and 2 shared by the other 4 rooms. 2 half baths off the main rooms.

We had a great time at this property. It's in a cool neighborhood with plenty of food options within walking distance.
