I had 14 of my closest girlfriends meet me in Miramar Beach to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had a fabulous time! The Lee house was a perfect fit for all of us. The best part is they allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which worked out great. Walking into the Lee house took our breath away. It was so beautifully decorated and so spacious. The rooms were stunning and the amount of bathrooms was perfect. For the amount of people that we had, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The stairs were a little daunting, but by the end of our trip, we were in shape! LOL! We loved the openess of the kitchen and the supersize refrigerator! It was within walking distance to the beach, but the golf cart and the beach set up was a plus! However, we didn’t have the correct beach code to the gate, which was frustrating. But we asked other beachcombers and they gave us the correct code. The location of the Lee House was ideal as it was close to shopping, coffee houses, and a few restaurants. We had a fabulous stay and I couldn’t be happier with my selection. Thank you!!!

Booked this house as a surprise trip for my parents anniversary. The house was amazing, super clean, spacious, just perfect. Absolutely loved the karaoke set up and the speaker set up throughout the house. Golf cart came in handy to get to the beach. Beach was perfect. We will definitely be back. Pool smaller than expected, can't do laps at all.

My daughter got married in Miramar and this house was great for all of our needs. Very convenient location and walking distance to the beach and many stores

I had a great time staying here again. The house gave our family to make and share new memories together and the staff at Diamond Gulf Rentals made sure we had everything we needed and much more.

This house is amazing! We had 5 families, 10 adults and 8 kids. It felt like the house was made just for us. Two rooms with bunk beds for the kids and 5 bedrooms for each couple, each with a king size bed. The pool was a little small but the kids loved it and we were always the only people at the community pool.

This was a great house for our family to have a cousins reunion. We had a blast. There was plenty of space for the 13 of us and we enjoyed ourselves a lot.

This house is gorgeous inside and has everything you could want to enjoy a long beach vacation with family and friends. Every room has their own beautiful bathroom and tv too!

The Lee house is a beautiful well designed and decorated home. They thought of everything when stocking this home for their guest. The property management team were extremely accommodating and I appreciated that very much.

It is a beautiful and smart house, very comfortable and spacious, spectacular bathrooms that made it a much easier process to clean up the children after the beach. We hope to return soon.

The house was clean and beautiful. Everything we needed for our trip was in place. We had zero issues during our stay because everything was already in place but I have no doubt the staff would have been on top of it immediately. They did text to check in everyday which was very thoughtful. It's a beautiful home with plenty of room for your family. Also an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach!

My parents, 3 sisters and myself stayed at The Lee House with our families (21 total there was still plenty of extra room) and it was AMAZING. The house is absolutely perfect. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but with the golf cart included and the private beach we would take the golf cart and a van and would be able to easily find packing (at the Whales Tale. Also great breakfast there) the pool was perfect size for the kids to play. We also visited the neighborhood pool which we had to ourselves for almost the whole day!

My family of 13 really enjoyed our stay! Communication with the management was so easy and convenient. A few blocks away from the beach access, but a 6 passenger golf cart was included. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for the week.

Unit was clean upon arrival..had a little hiccup with the air conditioning unit but issue was resolved within hours!..just need to do some landscaping and the driveway is terrible..also some tiki lights in the backyard would help or some kind of lighting around the back of the fence or trees!..overall a great experience!..love how you keep in touch with your guests and help with our stay!

This house has everything you need to hunker down with your family. My kid loved the heated pool. Easy to get groceries and any amenities you need. WiFi to stream kids shows etc

The house was clean and spacious and the management team was highly responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The pool was comfortable and well maintained. If someone wanted to go to this area, I would recommend this house.

Everything was exactly as the pictures showed. Very spacious for a large group. We enjoyed the pool when we weren't at the beach. Whenever we had questions, we always received quick responses.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. We dubbed it the happy home because we were happy with everything about the house: the floor plan, the attention to detail, the location, etc. Diamond made our stay so much more wonderful. They were the perfect host.. They stayed in communication with us to ensure we were not lacking for anything. We highly recommend them and will definitely book with them again not just at this location but also other locations they operate.

1. Management was very responsive to any needs that we had. 2. 2nd floor AC doesn't appear to be adequate, depending on how cold you keep your house at home. They tried and it did improve but was still not cool enough for some of our guests. 3. Pans and kitchen could use some replenishment. I realize that is something that gets abused by guests but we actually went out and purchased some to use while there. 4. Filtered water would be nice. 5. Great house overall with lots of space, ice maker, TVs galore, pool, large refrigerator/freezer and more. The golf cart is a great amenity included that you will use a lot.

Our stay at the Lee House was the best experience ever. House was gorgeous, meticulously clean and Diamond Gulf Rentals were quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Being just minutes away from the beach made our family trip consisting of little kids a breeze. We wil definitely be booking with Diamond Gulf Rentals again!!

Property was nice but in a gated community. No access to beach directly in front of us, had to go 2 blocks down, 2nd floor of house air conditioning cannot keep up. Very warm. Back yard not big enough to accommodate the amount of people the house does. All in all it is a nice house but not our pick again.

Very nice house in a great area. The golf cart made a quick trip to the beach and even the walk did not take long. The house is well laid out and the backyard pool is nice for the kids. I would stay again.

Destin review This is a nice home but was not as nice as the last VRBO homes I’ve stayed at. I will point we are charged for a cleaning fee for staying here and we had this filthy oven that was a fire hazard. We couldn’t do anything on it without alarms going off and also in morning waking up whole house. I also had to sweep and clean dirty bottom floor that was covered in sand. When we walked in front door the TV in living room was blaring loud and made me first think there was someone inside - but the cleaning crew left it on. When we got here - we felt like someone was in the house with the TV blaring. Water was lukewarm when shower ... Vent hood with grease dripping down from it - fire hazard. Which is what we all believed had the fire alarms going off every time we used that oven or cook top. Closet outside was a total wreck - we did not do that and have pics if u need for proof .. The oven has burnt food on burners in oven and when we used it - the fire alarms go off. It is not clean and I want u to know it's not us. Also floor coming in house filthy. You can hear feet walking around upstairs…. Top bunks are too close to ceiling Bunk rooms hot Smoke alarms go off when cook - even after they sent someone to clean filthy oven. They gave us wrong pool location and couldn’t get in. Texted them about it multiple times to find out finally 2 days left here they told us the wrong pool. AC quit working bottom floor. Hot and humid. I called it in and the lady told me to not set it to 70. To set 79 (under the 80 degrees we were at) and as the temp came down to go down a Degree at a time …. I told her that was not what I wanted to do and shouldn’t do. She then proceeded to look at our temps of rooms and saw not working - sent someone out and he fixed unit. Living room rug dirty. Chair dirty, stained, worn and have pics if needed and pics also sent to the VRBO management. .

The beds are amazing and so comfortable. The house is very nice. There was 10 of us staying at the property. Pool is smaller than expected but loved the pool water temp. Definitely a must to pay for the hearing of the pool. Weather during our stay was rainy and cold, but with the heated pool the kids could still enjoy swimming in the pool despite the weather.

Great vacation. The Lee House is a lovely property and was nice and comfy even for 14 of us. The pool was smaller than expected, but the weather was too cool anyway. The awesome beach was only a golf cart away! Some rules were unclear, but management was very responsive via text. 14 adult friends who had a blast!

Had a large extended family gathering and mostly positive feedback. While house says sleeps 28, should clarify that 10 of those spots are upper bunks or a sofabed best for younger kids. Our older teens were not comfortable on the upper bunks as they are close to the ceiling. The airflow in the bunkrooms is also bad and we had to buy fans to help cool those rooms but they were still warm & humid. Other small issues were dirty pots & not enough kitchen towels but the bath towels were nice and there were plenty for our group. The golf cart was awesome for our getting our elderly parents and younger guests to/from the beach. The bikes provided were too rusty to use and it is a shame they are not kept in a shed. The pool is small but was nice for those who tire of the beach. A few easy suggestions: a hose reel so people don't trip over the hose, an umbrella for the backyard table, and some felt pads for the dining chairs & stools as they are very loud moving across the floor. Also need more cookie sheets. The neighborhood was nice & we did not have issues with noise late at night.

Did our annual family and friends vacation. We had 14 adults, one toddler and two babies. PLENTY of room. Very pleased with location, nice 3-5 min walk to the beach. Beautiful community. Definitely would rent again.

This is a gorgeous house with so many wonderful amenities! We were celebrating a 40th bday and had several couples staying - plenty of room for everyone. The second floor wasA LOT warmer than the rest of the house the first night but the management team was out there first thing the next morning to help with the problem. The management team was great throughout the stay. My only complaint was the check in process. We were supposed to have someone meet us at the property to let us in and that did not happen so we were at the property for 20 minutes waiting to get until we finally received a call/text with the code to the house. Also, there was no information left in the kitchen regarding wi-fi passwords, golf cart lock box codes or bike lock codes. However, once I texted the management team, they were quick to respond and brought all of the necessary information and booklets the following day. Overall - a wonderful stay at an absolutely gorgeous home!
