We got together for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend and the rental was perfect to have a large gathering with a great open floor plan and options for guests to separate if they wanted to. I’d absolutely stay there again!

Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful spacious home. Enjoyed the area! We brought our UTVs and ATV to ride the trails. Very fun and all enjoyed walking around the subdivision. Beautiful fall colors this time of year. We left this morning with just a little snow on the house and vehicles.

I was absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed. Our group was 10 adults, and we never felt crowded. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Just a couple of things we didn't realize was the reality of trailer parking, we came down for a car show with two enclosed trailers and the potential of a third, the pictures seemed like there was more room than there really was outside-we would have had to get a little creative if we had the third trailer. I think there was more but just maybe intermittently not due to an internet cable that couldn't be crossed. Also, there is only access to ONE of the two garage stalls, it didn't cause issues and we recognize this is very common, just didn't realize this prior to traveling and were originally thinking we would utilize both stalls for our classics. Otherwise the home is very clean and functional and likely will be one we will stay at again in future!

Very clean , had everything you needed

This was the perfect place for our family getaway! House was very clean and well kept. Had plenty of beds and space for everyone. Did not have great internet and required us to use our own hotspots most of the time. Wish the pool was a little closer but overall a wonderfull experience.

We really liked our stay at Legacy Ridge. Even though it is in a pretty dense development. The deck looks into the woods and the nearest homes did mot obstruct our views. The decor was tasteful and amazingly pretty childproof. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 ages 2-93! We used the hot tub and the community pool. The kitchen was large and had most everything we needed. The location was perfect for our needs, close to town, golf, the bike trail and nature. We will book this place again!

Fit our family of 15 aging from 2 months to 60 well. We all enjoyed access to the outdoor pool and the beautiful scenery walking the different roads. This is our second time at this same cabin and we have already talked about our next trip back!

We had enough room for all 13 girls & it was easy to get cabs into downtown Deadwood. It was a beautiful cabin & we had the best time!!

The setting of this home is beautiful! The owner’s kindness and communication helped make our experience a great one. The spacious home, fully stocked kitchen, family room with games, and outside space added to our fun family weekend!

This is our third time staying at this property. This home has room for everyone and it’s so nice to have space to spread out after a long day of exploring. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is massive and has everything needed to prepare meals - we saved hundreds of dollars cooking here instead of going out. Now that the community area is open, be sure to enjoy the 2 swimming pools! There were a few things we noticed this time that would benefit other renters to be aware of: limited supply of towels and especially washcloths. It might be best to plan to bring swim towels as these are very limited in supply and not everyone had a washcloth without washing the towels a couple of times. Bring your own soap/toiletries, none are provided. The main floor tub wall is fairly high and there is no walk-in so it might be difficult for persons with limited mobility to shower. If you’re an individual who prefers a fan with sleep, a member of our party noted the fan in the upstairs bedroom with two beds clicks quite loudly so may want to choose another room. All in all, we love staying here and hope to do so again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality.

I highly recommend this property. Beautiful area, close to everything in the hills. Although it is in a development, it still feels like you are secluded with all the trees and it’s nice and quiet. The home has everything you need to cook meals for a large group and a beautiful deck with lots of room to grill and eat on the patio, or enjoy the fire pit and hot tub at night. Big open space for large groups or a family visit. Sometimes photos make a place look more spacious than it is, but that’s definitely not the case with this property. A short 10 minute drive to Deadwood if you’re looking to gamble a bit or eat a nice dinner. Many little mom and pop restaurants that are within a 5-10 minute drive also. Loved it!

This property had everything our group (8yrs.- 72yrs) needed to enjoy our stay. The hot tub was great and we loved the covered deck. The 3 levels gave us plenty of room to spread out. We hope we can gather there again sometime soon!

We try to book a trip every year with a group of friends, we missed last year due to covid so we’ were excited to book this year. The house was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Plenty of room for 5 couples. It was great to have a bathroom on each floor and lots of room in the living room/dining/kitchen area to hang out and prepare meals.

We had a wonderful time in this house. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The manager took care of a missing fob issue immediately, which was awesome, then the kids got to use the community center pool. The only issue we had was the fireplace didn’t work properly.
