The house was great. Parking was tight since the driveway was icy and hard to get up. Hot tub was amazing. The location had great access to town and the ski resort.

Super clean house. The layout is awesome for older kids as there's some separation between the master and other bedrooms. Home is super clean and everything you need is available. Short drive to downtown. We loved it.

The property was delightful. It is close to town but has a rural feel. The view of the mountains was quite lovely. The house was spacious. The 9 of is never felt crowded. The kitchen is well supplied.Each bedroom has a full bath even the room over the garage. The room over the garage exceeded my expectations. It was as comfortable as the main house. The propery managers were very helpful and responsive. When we walked in we found a lighted Christmas tree and decorations. It created a feeling of warmth and home. We all enjoyed this home immensely. We expect to be back.

This is an incredible home and by far one of the nicest vacation rental experiences I have had. The property is pristine with plenty of entertaining space and it is ideal having an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. We also valued the deck area and taking in the gorgeous views. I would stay here again without a doubt in the future. Also the property management team was helpful and very attentive.

This is a gorgeous home as described on the website. Plenty of room (although it was just my two sisters and I). We each had our own bedroom/bathroom and having the TV in each bedroom was a plus. We had beautiful weather during our stay and did sightseeing during the day and hung out at night playing games. The back deck had beautiful views. Modern appliances and plenty of supplies to get you started. The rental agency was very attentive and offered their assistance if we needed it. Had a great time on our annual “Sisters’ Trip”.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was conveniently located and was large enough to accommodate our family. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio.

Location was great, view was amazing. Price was high but that's to be expected with anything now a days. Worst part was my family but this rental has zero to do with that.

Wow! Very beautiful view and decorated so nicely. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. The cleaning crew did such a wonderful job. This was 10 minutes from Durango RR and very convenient. We enjoyed the convenience of having a grill too. Lastly we all slept well in the comfortable beds.

It was the the most spotless vacation house I’ve ever rented and only a few miles from town which was extremely convenient. Kitchen was great with so many supplies that were in excellent shape. Beds were very comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. I was concerned that the bedroom over the garage was not air conditioned but it did work out because the nights were cool enough that it was comfortable for sleeping. And the view of the mountains from the living area and porch was unbelievable! Also the management company was very responsive and helpful. We tried many of the local restaurants- especially enjoyed Michel’s Corner Crepes and James Ranch. Good fishing nearby - also rode the Durango to Silverton Railroad which was awesome. Also rode bikes on the river trail and went to the hot springs nearby. I honestly can’t say one negative thing and would definitely rent again if ever back in the area! Thanks!

An EXCELLENT, GORGEOUS place to stay. Basically 10 minutes from everything. Very responsive management company. We were initially worried that the 4th BR would be too hot because it was uncomfortable when we first arrived (temps were hitting ~90F). But once it cooled down at night, it stayed a comfortable temperature if you didn't open the windows during the day.

We came exploring Colorado. Great please to stay. We really enjoyed all the space. We were not able to utilize the upstairs bedroom /bathroom as there is no air. The VRBO advertising should be cleared on that.

Easy to find but still secluded we were on top of the area. Parking for our two cars was ample but May not be for more vehicles. The house provided great space for all and we had several memorable meals made in the beautiful kitchen which was spacious enough for several cooks. It was great to have nice grill to use and all appliances were clean and in good working order. Our only challenge was working the main tv but with so much to see and do in the area it was not important. The entry instructions were detailed and clear and the management company responded quickly to the one question we expressed. We intend to bring other friends who visit Colorado there in the future.

We all enjoyed our stay and it fit our family perfectly. The view is outstanding. The home was stunning and well stocked. Thank you so much!

We were very pleased and impressed with this rental. We found it to be very well appointed, clean, new and spacious, along with gorgeous views. The property was just as pictured and described. The pictures are exact. The view is amazing! Everything you need in the kitchen. Clean and spacious home. Beds all comfortable, making it easy to get a good nights sleep. There were 3 couples, so the rooms were perfect, Would definitely stay again if in the area!

This is our second trip to Durango and we had a great time. The house was perfect for us and our little dogs. Great location, very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains.

It’s rare that I think a listing’s pictures undersell a property - but this is one of those times. This place is perfect. What others have said about the upstairs “apartment” are true in that in the summer it’s too hot, but we had plenty of room in the main house for 4 adults and 3 kids. The back patio and that view are spectacular.
