Excellent location, room, service,swimming pool

Bungalow war super groß, vor allem wenn man alleine ist. Pool war auch ok )aber nur zwei alte Liegen und eine kaputte. Alle zwei Tage 2 kl. Flaschen Wasser auf dem Terrassentisch.

Kein richtiger Ansprechpartner da, Rezeption gibt es nicht wirklich. Wenn man eine Ansprechpartner braucht, muss man meistens erst anrufen. Der Garten ist ungepflegt und nicht sauber. Kein Reinigungspersonal, kein Austausch der Handtücher (wir waren 8 Nächte dort). Fototechnisch haben wir etwas ganz anderes erwartet, also da nicht täuschen lassen. Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und man hat das Gefühl, dass sich keiner um die Anlage und seine Gäste kümmert. Zudem kommt die Straße, es herrscht schon ab frühen Morgen lautstarker Verkehr, mal abgesehen von den vielen Nachbarshühnern :). Sehr sehr schade und egtl. nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Great pool, perfect facility, very helpful staff

Nothing to mention here as such , just the pool was nice .( Not cleaned but)

Almost everything, right from arriving, no proper staff to greet . English was a problem ( that's understood, thats ok ) receptionist was never available ,not even once . We booked with breakfast, but breakfast had only 1 option, choice of eggs and 1 coffee. We tried the coffee, but kept it aside on the first sip . The property is full of lizards of all sizes. So if you are ok with the insects , all yours. Hot water wasnt available on any of the days . It is a remote location, so taxi pickup by app (grab etc) is not available, atleast not on odd hours . So incase of booking taxi to the airport, do it well in advance.

Good place to stay with a very reasonable price. The host is very friendly. If you want to hold a bbq, she will help you. She always gives you where to eat or to visit. Making your trip to Phu Quoc more interesting than ever

Pool water can be dirty sometime.

The room is very spacious, staff is accommodating and supportive, they can give you some travel tips on where to go and what to do if it's your first time in the area. There's a meal prep facility for you to cook some simple seafood dishes. The host Thao is super helpful, she offers help whenever we need.

10/10 breakfast was delicious, a clean place to sleep every day, friendly services staff,

This was the best accommodation we stayed in during our three weeks trip in Vietnam. The bungalow was super clean and cozy offering all necessary amenities, such as a mini fridge and electric kettle. The resort was small but spacious at the same time and the bungalow offered us just the right amount of our own privacy. Also the location of the resort was great. Slightly secluded from the fuzz of the city but next to the main road so getting around was pretty easy. However the best thing that made our visit perfect was the staff! They were incredibly helpful, friendly and really made us feel like part of the family. They served awesome home made breakfast every day and exceeded all our expectations during our visit. We highly recommend to stay here if you travel to Phu Quoc!
