Buen espacio y camas cómodas. Barrio tranquilo y silencioso por la noche.

Dicen que tienen parking gratuito y cuando llegas allí resulta que el parking gratuito es la calle, que evidentemente es gratis. Un barrio bastante difícil para aparcar por cierto.

The location is good, the place offers 3 separate rooms. The price is affordable.

Based on the pictures this apartment looks quite nice, but the those are not reflecting the reality. The place is full with mold and less cosy. Basically you can not find a properly mounted / installed object within the flat. This is just a gold mine for the owner, not a home. For one or two nights this place can be bearable, but not something to enjoy. In Europe for this price I am expecting more. With a little care and attention the place could be good or even great, but in it's current state I would consider the advertisement as a lie. Just a few extra points: - The neighbours are really noisy even until late hours, which is less ideal for a family with kids. - It is impossible to have the same water temperature for half-one minute (not fun for babies). - ANTS! On the kitchen counter... we had to throw away some of our stuff, which we left there for the night. - but the mold is the biggest problem... Of course we survived it, but we were highly disappointed.

It has a big terrace which is great to relax in. The location is quiet.

Location and rooms where nice

Parking was a major issue with public parkings being super full and we had to park our car 1.5kms away also the internet WiFi passwords weren't shared properly

10 minute drive to the airport or a 3 minute walk to the train station. Neighborhood was mostly quiet. they accommodated late checkout for us.

The bathroom has multiple leaks from the tub and sink. The washing machine was literally smoking after one small load of laundry. there is a huge swath of peeling paint in the kids room with bunk beds, in addition to a broken chair for kids. child locks that are broken are out in the bathroom. when we arrived, the side door was unlocked and no key is provided to secure it. two windows were stuck open when we arrived. messaging with the owner, was told to just close them hard. took awhile for them to send someone to fix them. never actually met the owner, instructions to get in were sent after I notified them that we had arrived.
