It is at a perfect location at the heart of Whistler Village. The beds were comfy. Everything else was good.

There was no air conditioning. The washrooms smelled really bad, maybe because it was too damp. They did not tell us before hand that the check-out was at 10:00 am in the morning which is really early and odd. We requested them if we could check-out at 11 instead, they plainly said no. It pissed me off that firstly, you do not think it is important to tell the customer that the check-out will be at 10 am and then you do not even think it is necessary to accommodate your guest's request to check-out at 11 am.

Loved the old style cabin interior and location. Loved the loft as a second bedroom.

Pots and pans need reorganizing, especially the convex surfaced frying pan. No salad bowls and a number of kitchen cooking things were missing. Tried to hook up my laptop to watch Netflix and brought own HDMI but the remote for the TV was not obvious an how to get Netflix or youtube.

The location is great. It’s near the grocery and chair lifts.

Noise from outside starts early in the morning and goes all the way until 10pm. The shower had no shower curtain and the room was very dated. The grouting in the floor tiles are chipping off and the heating did not really work very well.
