Comfy mattress, generally clean.

I booked a non-smoking, quiet room. The first night I had a room with a smokey bathroom. The team offered to move me to an upgraded room the following day. The upgraded room was facing a construction site. I specifically asked what time they stop working and the receptionist told me 8pm. The construction didn't stop working until 2am in the night. At 4.30 I woke up in shock as my room was filled with cigarette smoke. It was scary. I had to turn off the AC in order to stop the smell from coming in, which resulted in a very hot room. I then got up at 6am to catch my flight. I could not sleep all night.

The breakfast was great. There is a limited choice and space is at a premium. However, I get down for breakfast early so didn't need to fight the crowds. The coffee and drink choice was good. I liked the eggs and the pastries.

It was a little bit noisy in the corridor on one of the nights and I had to go out to tell some people to be quiet. Also, there is a lot of artificial light in the room - they need to have a way to switch the light behind the curtains off.
