Rude behaviour of the staff in reception..
Rooms were filled with smoke smell when complained they were not even consider hearing.
Matress was the highlight. It was mentioned that spring matress. But in reality only springs were there, it was poking the whole night couldn't sleep at all. Worst experience in my lifetime..

The check-in was smooth. The rooms are good with great beds and bathroom spacious enough. No tubs of course. Miss the coffee machines though. Check out was also smooth.

Overall Service and ambience of this Hotel is good.
Mr. Rajkaran is very hospitable and calm. His customer service skills are really amazing.
Additionally, I liked the cleanliness in the Hotel and the disciple maintained by Hospital staff.

Everything good apart from the staff confusion
Staff were a bit worried about the low price offered on booking.com. Usual drama before handing over the keys as though there was no booking received.
Anyways they are not here anymore.
And yes horrible bed. Caused back ache.

The property is well maintained from outside & has good eateries, pubs, near to the location. Ideal location for people who are arriving & boarding from SMVT...
The housekeeping of the hotel was average. Bedsheets were not changed & dirty. Even had to request for towels. The TV was not working properly. Now coming to the main issue this property is operated under OYO but to my surprise the property manager demanded an extra four hundred for the room & when they complained to OYO they were helpless in sorting out the issue & finally had to pay extra charges. The property manager didn't issue receipt for the payment.
I would like to suggest all to avoid booking OYO properties for their stay as they don't have any control on the properties operated under them...

After booking well in advance also I was denied entry. They asked to pay extra 600 rupees for the room. This is the 3rd out of 3rd booking experience with Oyo hotels and that was my last with them. Thanks for the worst ever experience of my life 3 times.

The only good thing about the hotel is the area
The rooms and bathroom was unhygienic and not Worth the price.. staffs were not giving desirable service and most of the things were of self service
