Would stay again.

We really enjoyed this top floor condo. The condo was very clean and had all the essentials. It is conveniently located on the beach in Treasure Island with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The patio view was great and is overlooking the pool and the beach and the pool was heated. We loved the beach area and had a couple of days with nice warm weather we were able to spend on the beach. The condo is just as pictured and check in process was very simple and the owners were easily accessible if we needed them. We had no issues and would definitely recommend this condo!

Clean, very well furnished, awesome location. Had a very minor issue with the wash machine, property management/ maintenance was very responsive and prompt to address it. We so appreciated all the beach and sand toys! The area is great. Second time we Sunset Vistas and this particular condo was our favorite!

This condo suited our needs perfectly for our girls trip. Location and amenities were wonderful. The management was easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions we had. I don't know why you would stay anywhere else while visiting treasure island.

We had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, extra things to take to the beach or pool, very comfortable. We had an air-conditioning issue & someone came within15 min & fixed it, which we really appreciated!

The condo we stayed was just as pictured…great location and amazing view! And the customer service was top notch…any time we had a question, we received an immediate response and the team was kind enough to drop off an extra hairdryer and beach chair for us with hours of our request. Would highly recommend!

We spent the past week at this condo and it was nothing short of amazing! It has the perfect view of the beach. The sun rises from the opposite side of the condo so you can spend your morning relaxing on the balcony without the sun in your eyes. The beds are comfortable, and has plenty of extra blankets/pillows if needed. The kitchen has all the things you would need. The only thing I would say is if you are bringing small kiddos like us, bring them their own cups. The condo only has glass cups. The condo has beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels which was nice. You get one parking spot, but there is space for guest parking. The pool was perfect for us to relax after being on the beach. I would highly recommend this condo!

We loved our stay in this condo. It was simple but perfect for everything we needed with our young family. It has an amazing view and well equipped with everything we needed. We hope to be back!

The property was very clean. Just a short walk to the beach. Very convenient location. Friendly staff.

We r in LOVE with Sunset Vistas. Excellent location as well as superb accommodations. The condo was super clean with new appliances and all the needs for our family. The beds were super cozy providing excellent rest from a day of fun in the sun. Owners communicated all info accurately and in a timely manner. Check in was super easy. A bonus was an assigned parking space. My kids have already asked to go back to THIS condo so we r hoping for a soon return.

We stayed only for a weekend but wish it could of been longer. The place was exactly as we expected. The unit was clean and updated. We loved hanging out at the beach and being so close to restaurants and shopping at John’s Pass.

We had a wonderful time! The view was amazing! The room was very nice and spacious. Would stay in this unit again!

The condo is nice and has an amazing location. It was clean when we arrived, however not spotless. The kitchen counters were a little sticky and the coffee maker filthy. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and could definitely use an upgrade. Also this condo is very obviously a rental w/ no amenities provided at all. I have never rented a place that had absolutely nothing, not even salt & pepper in the kitchen. There was only 1 extra trash bag left and a roll of paper towels. Maybe I am sort of picky because the many places I have stayed at in the past have so many special touches and at least the basics for a comfortable stay for people traveling. I would stay at Sunset Villas again, but I would not stay in this unit.

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful beach views from the balcony. The unit was relatively clean. A small amount of sand was still present from the previous guests. The toilets could have been cleaned a little better. We did love the easy walk to the beach and the pool!! Overall a great stay!

Overall the resort was good and beautiful view of the gulf. Need to have more hot tubs or gaming near the pool area. Glad to see some security present because area around resort is a little rough. I would definitely recommend the resort as they tried to be very accommodating and responded to our needs

We had the best time staying here! The location is perfect walking distance to John’s pass and the condo was so clean. We highly recommend this listing!

The unit has a view of the ocean and sunset. It worked well for our family of 4, parking was easy. The driving around the area is a bit challenging as there doesn’t seem to be a quick route around; but as a family beach trip this unit was perfect.

It was close to everything. It was super quiet. It had everything we needed. Loved the pool and the beach. The food at the little restaurant was excellent. The only disappointment was our bed was too small it was a full bed not a queen. The master bedroom was awesome.

From arrival to departure we had a great experience. All the amenities were available as stated on the listing. It was clean, comfortable and a great location.

Interior was updated, shower and tub older and in need of caulking repair. Kitchen needed more essential pans and basics. Floor left our bare feet dirty.

We stayed at this property over our spring break at the beginning of April. It is in a great location on the beach and close to lots of attractions, including a 30 min drive to Clearwater! The condo is just as pictured. It was plenty big enough for our family of 5. Great views and great amenities. It has a beach, café and beach bar on property. The one downfall with the pool area was that if you didn’t have spots reserved by the time the pool opened at 9, you were not getting a spot until people decided to leave around mid afternoon. So many mornings we were up by 8:30 standing in line at the pool gate. We had a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend this place and the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had.

We booked this last minute because we came in early. Super responsive and accommodating! They even messaged to let us know our son forgot his retainer. Super awesome!!

We had a great experience staying at this rental. The building is family friendly. Quiet in the evenings which is very important to me. The pool and hot tub were lovely, not to mention a killer view of the ocean. Spent many hours beach combing and laying in the sun. The apartment itself was really nice. Upon arrival, we had a very smooth check-in. We were slightly disappointed with the floors not being very clean and reached out to the host. He replied immediately and set up a time for the floors to be redone the next morning (which they were). However, the very next day, it was quite dirty again. After chatting with a few people, we came to find out that that’s common in Florida.. just black dust/sand that gets everywhere. The cleaners also forgot to clean the coffee pot but again, the host was there within an hour with a brand new one for us. All in all, great experience, amazing hosts and beautiful views. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill vaca.

All of the amenities on the property were clean and nice, especially the kids pool and hot tubs. Room was very clean and tidy with lots of extras. The view from this room is exceptional.
