Such a beautiful property and location. Out host, Kai, was very nice and had great communication. His instructions were easy to follow, so we didn't need to bother him for anything. The room and pool area is kept very clean. The view is amazing. Weather was too cold for us to enjoy the pool but we hope to return in the near future. The neighborhood is beautifully manicured and safe. We appreciated the bottled water and milk (for coffee) in the mini fridge. They also provided a few coffee pods and utensils as well. We don't really cook on our vacations, so this was perfect. Bed, bedding, and couch were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

More like suggestions: Maybe provide a couple more towels for the pool, a simple bath mat for the shower and somewhere to put folded clothing. Maybe if the television is moved towards the left corner wall across the bed, it would open up more potential space. Otherwise, we still enjoy the amenities.

The area (and home) is gorgeous! It looks exactly like the pictures. Easy check in with Kai and convenient private entry. Also, parking is right in front of the property. I hope I can stay there again in the future.

My only regret is not staying longer!

They provided no check information even though we were confirmed by air bb and not cancelled. Had to call him 10 at night ti get access as no access instructions were provided….it was dark and awkward as the house has an ADU and address completely unlighted. did not feel safe

I liked there everything! Just imagine - you spend all the day for sightseeing or with your business, return to that place tired and exhausted. And there you can relax at your own "home" with swimming pool, have evening glass of vine or beer sitting on the terrace and serenely feast your eyes on night town lights! There are refrigerator, microwave, TV, bed sheets, towels, even bathrobes, all new and good quality. I liked that shower has flexible head - Europeans would understand me. Kai and Mei - are just started to take in guests and I wish them success, because they are wonderful hosts and beautiful people!

The room is not big, but enough for 2 people for short stay.

I LOVED everything about this property! I would definitely stay here again. It's so close to home so that makes it even more LOVABLE!! Since the first day on the property, I already knew that my stay at E & BOOK was going to be EXCEPTIONAL!!
