Beautiful home in the Forrest. Without the hassles of living in a tent.

We had 15 people, and the house very comfortably fit our group with beds, kitchen amenities and the outside, private seating areas. Location was very central to the Lodge, Swiftwater, golf, hiking, and pool. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the 19th Hole! It was a beautiful home and very accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed. Very comfortable beds. The outdoor area was awesome and we enjoyed the hot tub. Great location!

Most rooms had their own bathrooms which made the adults happy. The bunk space upstairs gave the kids their own room to hang out in instead of always needing to be present with the adults. General consensus was that all the beds were very comfortable. The patio and back yard was beautiful. Just wish all the cushions hadn’t been covered in snow and were wet the first day so we could have enjoyed some time outside. The hot tub was fabulous. The ping pong table was enjoyed by many. Lots of space in the living room to relax, watch some tv, and enjoy each others company (or take a nap). The kitchen was stocked full of all the items we needed for cooking except for foil (we forgot that).

We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, and all the beds were very comfy. The pack and play is in the upstairs closet behind the bathroom door - a little tough to find so hopefully that helps someone else :) Thank you for an amazing stay!

This is a great home for couples with kids or a even two foursomes of golfers. Bedrooms with bathrooms and bonus room above the garage makes for lots of privacy for a house with such a small footprint. Main area for socializing was open with lots of room, seating etc, great place!

It is a large home (5 bedrooms + the bunk bed room), but feels so cozy! The dining table fit us all and even in the huge snowfall we enjoyed the hot tub! Great place, look forward to staying there again!

The 19th Hole was a fantastic place to stay. We had a total of 9 guests, and the home was plenty spacious to accommodate. The description is, exactly as the property was (fantastic), no false promises. Communication before our stay was top notch. I highly recommend this place for relaxing stay.

The house is beautiful. There was 11 women who stayed, plenty of room for us all. Quite neighborhood. Saw wild turkeys and deer in back yard. Close to great restaurants. We had a wonderful time. Would stay here again.

Suncadia is a great location offering walking paths, golf, pickleball and great food and drink. The house was amazing for our group of 13, particularly the back yard and patio.

Excellent spot for a girls trip

The location was good and house good size for 5 couples, but it needs a really good cleaning. Everything we took dishes out of cabinets to use we had to wash first. Don't look above the cooktop where the fan and lights are or you won't stay! Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this property.

We were 13 - from ages 10 to 60+ for a family gathering/birthday celebration. The space felt a bit cramped -likely due to the heat wave. Not many interested in lounging outside during the heat wave. Grateful that the A/c was working. Nice to be in the Suncadia area. Good running/walking trails and nearby activities. Went to a fun concert at Nelson Farms. The homes are pretty densely packed together which is something that we could not have seen from the photos. That may be a bonus for some and a drawback for others. The problems that we found on arrival ie clogged drains/tubs were fixed quickly after we called. We were surprised by the number of house rules around garbage/recycling (none) and more that were not included in the original disclosures. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cutlery, appliances and even some seasonings. We were disappointed that the pantry was blocked out by the owners. Hence, nearly all of the non-perishable food was spread out on the floor in the kitchen/dining/common area for the entire stay. It felt like we never got to settle in because all our communal things had no storage area. When we left, we let them know that the TV/internet and dryer were not working (showed up the night before leaving). The property manager (Leah) seemed very interested to hear so these issues could be fixed for the next family. The master bedrooms downstairs were very nice. The main master has a bed that probably needed replacing and again a similar situation with owners blocking off the closet so hanging items and other items never got settled. Bunk room upstairs was fine. Lovely area to visit.
