Pictures do not do it justice! It was larger than it appeared! Beds were very comfortable, outdoor terrace was amazing place for wine and to relax. Supermarket is right next door as is an excellent coffee shop. Walking distance to many great restaurants and sights. Elevator was convenient for those unable to use the stairs and to get luggage up and down. Can’t wait to go back!

Very beautiful accommodation with spectacular terrace views! Perfect location and just steps from restaurants, shopping and the main attractions. Very clean with a ton of amenities! Would highly recommend!!

Great location, very central.

This Airbnb experience was nothing short of amazing. it was absolutely gorgeous and we loved staying in a beautiful part of history. They left us juices, water, snacks, and flowers upon arrival, and the location was perfect for exploring Florence. The hosts were great with communication and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone and we will definitely be staying here again when we return to Florence.

The apartment was as advertised, and we were pleased. There is an unidentified growling sound behind the kitchen wall that sounds as if all of Italy’s gremlins have been sequestered, but we ate out most of the time. We had the same TV remote control issues as the others who stayed here. The location is excellent and the proximity to a convenience store is very handy. The air conditioning worked, and was helpful at keeping down the mosquito population. Florentine mosquitos are aggressive and evasive. But our issue was safety The Internet was out for 3 consecutive days, and we had no way to summon help in the event of a medical emergency. Repeated calls to management were unheeded for 3 days, when someone finally came and communicated in Italian with the Internet Provider. We had no cell service in the apartment and the phone just buzzed the front door. I am not inclined to play Russian Roulette with the health and safety of my family, and for some medical issues, seconds make the difference. To be fair, the owner offered a small refund to compensate for this deficiency. We were told it was a “street issue” with the Internet Provider, but a quick check with the neighbors quickly led us to believe it was unique to our system. The bathtub, which was an important feature for us, was unusable due to a faulty drain. This was not remediated during our stay, either. Florence is a medieval city, and has its share of utility issues, which we understand. Given the safety component, we would have very much preferred a more timely fix. Once someone showed up, it was but 30 minutes to remedy. We wish it hadn’t been 3 days. Caveat Emptor. We are frequent VRBO users, and this was our first experience of this type.

The apartment was very clean and wonderfully spacious. The only ding was that the main bedroom was missing a TV remote. My elderly parents like to decompress at night with the TV and we were never able to find it or resolve with the guest POC. We also never had hot water for our showers the entire time we were there except for whoever showered first. Otherwise, check-in was fairly simple, though directions on which side of the complex would have been helpful before arrival. I would recommend, as long as those little details are resolved! Check-out was also very easy.

The place is just as described, and location is a 10/10. Lots of great restaurants nearby and walking distance from all attractions. We also found the bed to be super comfortable.

The place was really beautiful and spacious. Everything was incredibly clean and the beds were very comfortable. One of the best locations because you’re walking distance to the Duomo. Overall, incredible experience in Florence and I would recommend this apartment for your stay in the city.

We have been travelling in Europe and Italy for three weeks, this apartment is definitely the best we have stayed, beautiful, luxury and super clean. Our host was impeccable, always ready to assist. Super recommended!!

Loved the location and the layout of the house. The patio is great as well. The two small issues is that half of the TVs did not function at all (while the other 2 were very tricky to get to work). And the water pressure is very hit or miss. If you have one shower on without running any other water in the house, then it generally works. But as soon as you run a sink, toilet, other shower or washer, it doesn't work well. However, this is probably not too uncommon in Italy/Europe

Out of all 6 Airbnb's we stayed in during our Travels. Andrea's Place was the one we loved the most we almost didn't want to leave the apartment to explore Florence. It accommodated 6 girls and we loved every bit of the apartment we were hoping to cook in the apartment but just didn't have the time with our busy scheduled. I definitely recommend it.

This experience was absolutely wonderful. The host was extremely helpful and organised. The apartment is gorgeous and couldn’t be in a better location; it is very spacious, modern and clean. Best of all are the amazing views from the huge terrace. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Andrea's place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
