The apartment was clean and spacious. It was a great stay. The staff was so friendly especially Mohamed Jamal. The neighborhood is quiet and in a very good location. I would definitely recommend this place. There is a mall within a walking distance from the apartment that has shops and restaurants.
The iron wasn't good it actually burned a shirt so it needs to be replaced. The building was empty so it might feel lonely but the area is safe (this is more of FYI rather than a negative thing).

This 3 bedroom flat is the ideal accommodation for business we had in New Cairo. It was easy to get to and there were lots of options for restaurants around the area and quite a few malls too.

The apartment was very spacious, the furniture quality is very good. It is well maintained and cleanliness was really good.
The staff was very helpful and especially Mr. Mohamed Gamal. They all made sure that our stay was exceptional.

The flat was not clean, curtains messed up , couch dirty, gas stove dirty, no wi-fi.

I was there with my sister and we felt immediately like arriving home (or even better). big compliments to the interior designer.

the location was excellent. the staff was excellent. they provided us with a mifi unit even though wifi isn’t included.
the road isn’t complete and is made of sand. house cleaning didn’t clean the carpet

Very disappointed with the cleanliness. we stayed at the 90 point mall Bluiding which is not the main prime residence. We expected a clean apartment but unfortunately we had a very dirty apartment. Feces on the bathroom floor, blood stains on the wall in bedroom.. the whole apartment covered in dust.. filthy.. no Wi-Fi available. all kitchen equipments are very old and heavily used. old stained furniture..smells like smoke/ cigarettes.. the garbage bin is located just outside the door and smells horrible..they only clean once a week..we end up staying with family at a different hotel called vibotel hotel which is 10 minutes away but way cleaner and nicer.
