The staff was excellent and the entire facility was very clean.

Nothing to be honest, everything was of high quality and breakfast was outstanding

Room served the need for my trip to Allen. Breakfast was also good as well.

Staff was terrible. Double charged me for the room and when I asked they stated that they didn’t. Upon checking my statement it was found that I was double charged. When I left the next day no one was at the front desk for me to check out even after I waited ten minutes

it was good to have a hot breakfast and a variety of other options for breakfast. the location was great for the conference that i attended.

It was overpriced for the facility. I paid 187 for a room that should have been around $100. When Iooked it up that day, the rooms were going for around $90 and lower. It was a good convenient place but do feel overcharged.

My husband and I had never stayed at the TRU hotel so, I wanted to give it a try. Loved the ‘Happy’ and upbeat decor as we walked in, and the staff was wonderful! Had a very safe feel to the environment as well where the hotel is located.
