Room and Bathroom are not good. Management is not friendly. Bathroom was smelly and toilet flush was not working.

There was NO coffee available the first morning. I was told that the delivery had not been made, so therefore NO coffee was available. The staff member seemed insulted that I was asking about the coffee, and he never apologized for anything. I called the front desk and asked if housekeeping could leave bath towels and bathroom tissue outside my room door, the staff member said, "yes". I never received the items, and ended up getting them at the front desk very late that night. My request was made before 9:00 AM.

To be notified when checking in that there was NO coffee available. To be notified that construction work, hammering, drilling, and other nosies were going to be going on during the weekdays. The construction started before 8:00 AM. The trash bin outside was disgusting. The elevator had trash in the ceiling panels. The front entrance had many cigarette butts, and bird droppings, too. Outside trash cans were overflowing a few times, and someone was smoking pot near the entrance of the hotel. The windows need to be cleaned on the entire building. The lobby restrooms had no paper towels, and the handicapped bathroom stall was locked. (No one using it). Also, when a staff member was mopping near the front entrance, I needed to enter the building. She huffed loudly, as I needed to walk in. I do not like the animal friendly policy, either. Hard to sleep when a dog is barking.

The staff are always very helpful and nice .

We loved the location and ease of getting to/from our destination! Local food options were nice and there was also chain fast food near by. Bed was very comfortable and the room was exactly what we paid for!

The bathroom was clearly skipped in the cleaning process. No tissues or much of anything else, to be honest. There were curly black hairs in the shower, floor and walls, upon arrival.

Breakfast was excellent!

The maid service never cleaned our room during the entire stay or gave us towels (we had to ask)

it was really dirty, honestly it doesn’t look like the pictures, it had DOG POOP, the fridge was REALLY dirty, the RESTROOM as well and the room in general was dirty. I had my two year old daughter there, it was horrible

The staff was rude and really didn’t care that my room had not been cleaned before arrival . I went to the front desk to let them know amd was lied too about getting it cleaned . Some of the windows of the hotel were knocked out and stuffed with pillows and blankets ….. I’m really at a lost for words
