I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and the connectivity is reliable.

While I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, there were a few things that could have been better. Firstly, the cutlery provided was not adequate, with a shortage of tea cups being a particular inconvenience. Secondly, while the breakfast offered was good, it would have been better if it had been available for all guests until the last minute. Finally, the service provided by the hotel staff could have been better, with room for improvement in terms of attentiveness and responsiveness.

Checked in at 9 pm on 15 and checked out on 16 at 10 am requested the staff whether we can use the room till 4 pm due to late arrival but staffs refused and also took full payment. Room service for dinner was delayed.

They arranged early check in as per the request

Front desk staff was more interested in saving taxes so he asked me to cancel online booking or no show, so that he can provide early check in but I politely denied his request.
