Room was not clean It's like old room number 202 No complement saop or anything Bed was not clean Bathroom door and not new one.

I was travelled to Tirupati some personal work, i was found the online this Residency and booked for two days i,e check-in Date is 22nd April & Check-out Date is 24th April with 2700 INR. After i went to hotel they allotted one room which is completely opposite my expectations, room is very small, no cleaning at all it seems they haven't clean the room a month or two months, but they charged high price. I did not bothered about the room, because of my short time persid. But the only one thing i want to highlight here when i was check-out the room, in the reception one person is there his job is allocating the rooms to customers, of course he is not a manager he need to allocate the rooms to customer that is his job actually. While i vacate the room he was asking TIP with commanding voice "GIVE ME TIP AND GO". So i asked why should i give tip to you i almost fought with him. In most of the hotels this is very common, but this guy with out doing any thing he is Commanding customer asking TIP. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERENCE I HAD FACED WITH Hotel Pasuparthy Residency.

Location was good. There was no breakfast. Reasonably close to the bus stop.

The cleanliness of Hostel needs to be improved.

The location is very close to bus stand n station. Rooms were big n comfortable n clean. The service staff was good to assist with things.

One suggestion is they can have water dispenser one in each floor.

It is very nice experience but only think is room not comfortable for us.

Room was some little. Not enough for two persons. For singles ok.

Nothing. Everything was bad. Bathroom door lock not working.

Cockroaches in room. No hygiene. Please advice for refund of our payment. We checked in at 10.30 pm and checked out at 8.00 am.
