not overlooked, spacious, had all that was needed

if going to be picky some of the Sun loungers needed some attention.

Perfect place with all of the essential amenities. Bedrooms with AC. Extremely clean! Water pool just outside the living room. Very spacious living room and kitchen. Atmospheric lights outside. Fresh fruits in the garden (oranges, citrons, grapefruits and so on). Lots of European plug converters. Ideal for a longer stay! Welcome gift with local wine and cheese was very nice!

Turning on the water boiler isn't obvious and should be stated in the check-in materials and you need to remember about it - otherwise you end up with cold water in the shower. Both boiler and ACs are time limited - it makes sense, but it's an additional thing you need to think about once in a while. Even though it has all of the amenities, it is lacking some of the basic supplies such salt. Somewhat lack of privacy due to close proximity of another villa. No heating in the common areas, only in bedrooms, so keep that in mind if you're visiting in colder months - it wasn't a problem for us tho.

Beautiful house, in quiet location, loved avery day

The stay in the villa was great. Good equiped and enough space as well indoors as outdoors. The pool is really nice and well mantained, even during the stay. Located in a nice quiet area with short distance to the village.

Great location, villa is surrounded by beautiful greenery like orange, lemon trees and beautiful flowers. It is calm and silent, yet it is really close to the restaurants and shops of Polis and beaches of Latsi and Polis. The villa is spacious offers beautiful views over the valley from the terrace on the first floor. The pool is clean and big enough to have a swim. The place is clean and whenever I needed help the owners were there to help really fast!

At this price one should not expect luxury. The villa offers basic furniture and appliances, it works. If I would be asked what to change probably I would add some hangers and shelves in the bathroom, now there is not a place to but your things on. Beds in the bedroom on the bottom floor were a bit squeky and the door handle to the room makes a huge noise when one closes the door so it is difficult not to wake up the other person sleeping. These things are nothing comparing to the overall experience that the villa provides but still it maybe important for many people, this is why i mention it.

The villa is very cozy and comfortable, we were so amazed by the place and the nature surrounding it, stunning views and fragrance of the fruit garden and flowers. A bit long way to drive from Paphos, it took us around 1 hour, but the peaceful and extremely beautiful location is definitely worth it. Only 5 min drive to Polis. The host is helpful, and the villa well maintained, has everything needed. The pool is nice, comfortable beds, everything for a perfect relaxation. We enjoyed staying away from the tourist noises like in crowded hotels, and the kids liked the funny ice cream car who came right to our house. We would love to come back!

There were ants in the kitchen, not sure if it can be handled at all.
