El desayuno, las habitaciones, el servicio y el desayuno es espectacular, no he hecho uso de la terraza o del gimnasio por lo cual no puedo opinar. Me encanta el le servicio de todo el personal del hotel, son muy amables y dados al servicio. La ubicación del hotel es idónea para salir a caminar, restaurantes, centros comerciales.

En mi opinión hace falta un vidrio que divida la ducha del tocador, todo se moja, el piso, el tocador y puede llegar a ser algo peligroso.

Very clean room and size was just right it had all the essentials and the wall plugs were equipped for US plug ins. There was great breakfast selection of Peruvian and American dishes for all the days we stayed. staff was amazing, the location of this hotel was perfect very close to the huacapullana ruins, this stay has made me consider visiting other locations of Casa Andina around Peru.

Everything was enjoyable, there was nothing I didn't like maybe wish the bar to make cocktails was open earlier that 2 pm, but that sounds like a me problem.

Great room, extremely clean. Huge bed, comfortable pillows, ventilation system and a/c. Amazing buffet breakfast which would be worth a visit alone. Free use of the small rooftop pool with temperate water.

Would have been great to have poolside towels available but the basket was empty, however it is not a major inconvenience.

the AC in the room took some time to cool. It took approximately 2-3 hours. at first we thought AC was not working but it just took that long. we had the kids napping which concerned us for the rest of the day.

Staff (especially Junior at the reception deserves a bonus; goes out of his way to make sure our requests met with care)

Few things were broke and not repaired until we ask: hanging line to hang laundry in the bathroom, hallway light (total darkness when elevator opens). Breakfast was standard and OK for 2 mornings, but got quite boring as we stayed for 5 nights.

Good location, very nice staff (Andrea, Fernanda, Junior, all!), building and everything is quite new.
