Our room was spacious and the location was perfect for us (near Yarmouk University). Staff were very responsive to requests and eager to please. The maitre d' in the restaurant was exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had to check-out a day early and the hotel refunded our last night. Although we did not use it, there is a swimming pool and sauna in the hotel.

The hotel facility is aging a bit and an update on the bathrooms would be a good idea. It was great that there was a kitchenette but there were no dishes or microwave so it was not that helpful for travelers.

The staff was very kind

The localisation was very good. The breakfast was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was concise but clean and well-equipped.

The swimming pool was closed during the whole stay.

Noise coming from other rooms and very poor breakfast

Very nice dinnedrs, the lamb was delicious.
