It is centrally located which is great to get everywhere by walking.

sorry, unkept, not the property we were promised and paid for. Rude host, people in reception don’t speak English to be able to ask for help or directions. they changed our apartment without notifying us. the apartment was advertised as all on my one level, accessible by lift and wheelchair friendly. Should have a balcony, 3 bed and 3 bath, dvd player, sound system. instead we were given an unkept apartment that needed decoration, 2 bed and 2 bath no balcony no dvd player, no sound system, step steps to climb to get to the apartment ( not ideal when one of the party has mobility issues). make shift bedroom on a mezzanine which is open to all to view. bedding was dirty in one room. whorls in wells, broken bath, not cleaned well. awful bedding, pillow was as flat as a sheet, duvet was so small it would not even fit a single bed. no contact form host to inform of change. host is then rude and accuses you of wanting a huge refund without knowing the circumstances. remember disabilities can be hidden and are not always visible. host not willing to accept responsibility.

A very spacious apartment suited for big families or groups. Great location in easy walking distance to everything Prague has to offer. Host was friendly and helpful in resolving any issues.

Washing machine in the apartment was not working.

The apartment is close to the Wenceslas square (50m) on a dedicated floor in a reconstructed office building having reception. The flat is huge, comfortable for 5 + 2 persons (with 2 bathrooms). The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, etc.). The contact person - Romana - is kind and helpful: she managed the parking in the garage of the office also. Prague is beautiful with its Christmas splendor.

The location of the apartment is perfect, it is really close to the city center with plenty of cafes and restaurants, and nearby public transportation. We also love the size of the rooms which are big enough for 10 people. We can cook, watch TV in the living room etc. If there is something that may be improved in the future, I'd say the WiFi connection which is sometimes on and off. However, it is just a minor thing that did not really affect our stay. Overall, we love the place! Thanks a lot.

Apartment very well located in the city center. Spacious, well equipped only downside impossible to operate the oven.

Spacious, clean, well located, well appointed (thanks for the coffee machine), and killer balcony overlooking the rooftops of Prague. Romana was very responsive and her dining recommendations were spot on.

Bedrooms were cold. The loft room wasn't private and not functional for our family.

Location was great - very central location with lots of restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby. Property was very spacious and the beds were comfy.

We were in an apartment on the 5th floor which is accessed via a glass walkway from the lift. If you are scared of heights, you may need to close your eyes walking over it!

The location of the property is excellent- you can reach all the major sites by foot, tram or metro. The size of the apartment is very generous- there is lots of space and two decent bathroom areas. I think for the amount paid, this was excellent value- yes, it is a little tired and basic, but I don’t think this is a problem given what price we paid, especially given the location. The host is very helpful- she answered all the questions I had promptly and left clear instructions for our arrival. The ability to leave luggage with reception staff if you have a late flight is also a real bonus.

It is a little tired, with some doors missing from kitchen units and generally a little maintenance needed to make this look a little more like the pictures! The basics were cleaned, but a thorough clean would also go a long way to making it that bit better. However, I still think is great value for what it is and I would very much recommend.

amazing location and a large spacious apartment, the shared sofas were so comfortable and perfect for socialising. I had to liaise with staff on a number of occasions and they were very quick to respond and attempt to resolve issues. support in booking a taxi was great.

we had minimum kitchen equipment, we had to ask for a wine opener and sharp knives, but which were promptly delivered when requested. also scarcely furnished, no soft furnishings and didn’t look like pictures. Stayed for 7 nights and not one clean, apparently cleaner should have come but didn’t show, had to ask for more clean towels. oven, microwave and washing machine needed instructions, very complicated to use, also would have appreciated some cleaning products, nothing provided at all, not even toilet cleaner or anti bac spray. wifi didn’t work well and not one English speaking Channel. could be so much better with small changes, just a bit of care and attention.

Everything was just perfect! For the company or a big family it’s perfect apartments to stay. 3 Bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and big living room with terrace. Location 2 min to metro and 10 min by walk to old town. The view from terrace so beautiful. If we ever go back to Prague we will stay here again for sure!

The laundry machine was not working well and there were no instructions Kitchen was smaller than we expected on the Pictures And there was no kitchen Tools to use the kitchen

our only criticism was that the pillows could be better and the decking needs another few screws on certain boards.

Shared apartment block so have to be quiet past 10pm. Still wasn’t much of an issue.

Our fridge did not have a freezer which was somewhat a turndown.

Everything was amazing, the place is big and very clean.

When we arrived we had to wait for 15 minutes for the person to give us the keys even though we had agreed on a time in advance.
