La habitación, instalaciones, desayuno... excelente....

Lo malo.... es el camino de acceso desde la Carretera Costanera hasta el hotel, hay tramos en piedra y la mayor parte de este camino en cemento muy deteriorado con muchos huecos difícil para vehículos pequeños. Ademas, el acceso desde las habitaciones hasta la zona de la piscina y restaurante a través de una gran cantidad de gradas que limitan el acceso para personas con algún tipo de discapacidad...Ojala pronto puedan solucionar estos detalles porque el hotel es muy lindo.

The staff was great--extremely friendly and attentive wait staff and very helpful front desk staff. The view was phenomenal. The food and drinks were good. The pool was pretty and clean.

The main reason I was not 100% pleased was due to the room itself being run-down and not as clean as I expect a hotel room to be--especially from a hotel that claims to be a 4 star hotel. While I could agree that the shared amenities were of 4 start caliber, I would rate the room itself as a 2 star. It was generally run down. The blinds were kind of broken. A lot of upgrades would be beneficial aesthetically, including fresh paint. Cleanliness wise, I felt fine to sleep there but unfortunately looked forward to leaving. The bathroom always smelled bad (we think it was the pipes?); we had to keep the bathroom door shut with the outdoor window vent open so the smell wouldn't be completely wretched and affect the rest of the room. There were also a decent number of ants in the room. Additionally, while the pool area is gorgeous, I wish there would have been a hot tub to enjoy and exercise area.

The bedrooms need updating, they are very tired. the shower was grubby, dirty and not acceptable for the price we paid. this is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The view is beautiful, the service is really good.

Maybe can remodel the bathroom.

I liked the pool, the food, the place and workers . An amazing view of the ocean. It felt very comfortable. I will return as soon as I can.

The view was spectacular and the breakfast was great but the absolute best part was the staff! They were beyond wonderful, kind, and generous. From the moment we arrived it felt like paradise. They greated us with drinks and flowers in my room. The receptionist, the bar tenders, the kitchen staff, housing keeping- everyone at this facility was so sweet and wonderful! My husband and I can not wait to return!

Everything was great, the only suggestion would be creating parking lanes for guest by the lower building? But other than that, absolutely no complaints!

We especially loved the amazing staff and the receptionist, their friendliness and their willingness to go the extra mile made our stay wonderful We loved the view from the pool, Stunning ! And we loved the quality of the food.

The comfort of the beds , the shower that did not work properly, whole in the wall. Shower door did not close well shower almost gave no water. The beds were very basic and uncomfortable and the room was very basic that of a 2 star hotel. We also did not like having to walk so far down to our room. The climb up to the reception was not easy eventough we have been hiking all week.

Room was spacious and had a lovely sea view. We even saw Toucans from our balcony. Staff was friendly all the time and we received all info via WhatsApp prior to our stay. Also communication was easy and effective through WhatsApp or going to the reception. Breakfast and Dinner was amazing, thanks to the cook and the kitchen! We tried the special dinner and it was the best fish we had.

The steep hill towards the hotel was a bit scary to drive with a rental car. We would have wished to be informed about it.

Ofcourse can’t beat the view and incredible sunset. The food was not cheap but much better then expected and the service of all staff was really top notch. I was a bit worried after reading the comments about the drive up (we had a SUV without 4x4) but it was totally doable and also saw non-SUV vehicles up there (I’m a beginning driver and had no issues granted it was dry season)

The place feels like it was fancy 30/20 years ago, so a slight remodel/revamp would bring it back on par. The pool was a bit smaller then expected but was fine to cool off and enjoy the view.

Food was good except for bread Pool and views are sensational.

Bread ...offer whole grain and jam and cream cheese..or bagels and English muffins

it got quite busy so finding seating was difficult. the drive up is very steep and parking is limited

The view was the Best ! Great breakfast and dinner and drinks during sunset was very romantic. My gf loved it ! (Me too ! ! )
