Extremely clean appartments - bed and towels smells very fresh, shining white bathroom - great shower, all works good, all around white - I didn’t saw any dust, all really looks like new. Appartments located deep between 2 building, and all what we heard there just songs of birds (and sometimes screams of fighting cats:) - so very quiet and calm around; also great location - tons of shops and restaurants around, and 5 minutes from ocean - amazing impressions

It was very relaxing, quiet and clean with a huge sunny terrace and perfectly situated in the Main Street with a short walk to the beach

There were some issues with the lock of my room and I had to be careful to close the door firmly every time.

The apartment is very light, very clean, modern and in wonderful condition. It's a great place to stay for a few days.

The entrance to the apartment I didn't like as you enter directly into the bedroom rather than the living accommodation and you HAVE TO use the stairs and as they aren't normal stairs you have to be extremely careful where you tread. It's very inconvenient/not very safe with children but having said that staying in this accommodation for a few days is not really a problem as long as you are careful going up and down the stairs. There was also a lack of mirrors it definately needs one in the bedroom and upstairs in the living area and there is a lack of plug sockets.

Apartment is great located, in pedestrian zone, everything is 1-10min, great bakery next door. Beach is 5min walk from the Apartment. Our studio was beautiful, bright and clean. Thanks to our host, everything was easier, she provided for us everything we needed for beach.

excellent location near shopping, restaurants and beachfront. Rooms are well supplied for simple cooking. Kind and helpful manager. Regular cleaning was amazing. My room had a lovely terrace.

Bed was slightly hard for my liking. My room only had sliders to let in fresh air. It was hard to regulate room temperature unless using ac unit.

Very good care from the owners, Beautiful and modern interior, all you need is there...even boxes to store and transport food to the beach... even a parasol if needed

We liked everything... nothing to complain at all... only one suggestion to install another mirror in the room which would relieve the bathroom 😊

Great location on the promenade, design of the whole guest house, very close to the beach and train station, basic stuff is in the kitchen for cooking (such as salt, oil, pepper,...) also the tea, coffee capsules, water - especially after arrival, its very nice. I liked that towels were changed regularly, good AC, TV and wifi. Amazing private terrase with sunbathing beds and table. I also really liked we could borrow sun umbrellas for the beach for free. Staff was very nice and helpful - able to speak English. Very clean, spacious, luminous place to stay.

Doors from studio could be more noise resistant - it is really easy to hear other guests coming to the guest house which is disturbing in the night hours, especially when your bed is right behind that door. I would highly suggest not to touch guests food/drinks - it happened to us that our coffee we bought outside was poured into the sink in the meantime we went out for a while (but I am sure it was not done on purpose). Stairs in our studio were really steep and pretty shaky - you have to be careful when walking (not recommended for old people, small kids or pets).

The guesthouse was very clean and the location was perfect, next to the beach. The owner was very friendly and advised us on how to make a traditional Portuguese dish. She even provided us with the ingredients from her own garden!

It is so elegant and magnificent! The guesthouse has a full equipment. It is in the pedestrian zone, next to a coffee house and it is very closed (5 minutes) to the beach and the train station.

The place itself was absolutely beautiful and the host was very helpful and kind. Definitely coming back.

It was bright and quiet which we apprecieted a lot. The room was very clean and fresh and smelled amazing, it had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. We really loved it!

Location in town. Excellent finish and workmanship in the building towels, screened and umbrellas provided for the beach. Fantastic bakery steps away. Market and pharmacy nearby.

I loved every minute of my stay in Botica Guesthouse. The room was very spacious and equipped with all necessary utensils. The bathroom was excellent - loved the shower. Tasteful interior design, AC, comfortable beds. Elisabetta is a lovely and helpful person.

Everything was perfect.

Perfect location, stylish and comfy room. Nice staff. Lovely veggie garden we could use, yumi salad. Traveled with a 4 year old, perfect.
