First class accommodations. Spacious.

The house was absolutely perfect for our holiday gathering. Everything was spotless, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the layout of the home was perfect to allow family to gather in the living area, but also have privacy in their rooms. The backyard was phenomenal with a pool, spa, grill, fire-table and great seating. The backyard overlooks a beautiful golf course with views of the beautiful mountains. We loved the pool table, the indoor putting green, the golf cart and the access to bicycles. This was a phenomenal property.

Had a wonderful time staying at this house. The house itself is beautiful with a great saltwater pool right on the golf course. The inside is spacious and all the bedrooms had plenty of room plus an en-suite bathroom in each which was great for everyone getting ready for a wedding. One of the best features of the house as the four seater golf cart that we used plenty throughout our stay. And the best part was the accommodating host who allowed us a late checkout - which was much needed after a long wedding night. We will definitely be back!

This is a great house for a group or golf getaway. Well maintained and the perfect size for a small group. Drew was the most communicative host I've ever met, and made everything easy and custom.

Ovall property is in good condition with great outfitting. Location in PGA West is great. Only suggestion is that pool and spa be adjusted on temp settings to be higher since even after running for several hours it was a little cool. Great hosts. Excellent communications.

The property host was excellent. The house was well-stocked and very family-friendly. The use of the golf cart was helpful. The beds were comfy, too. The property is in need of a good cleaning and some deferred maintenance. Rugs were dirty, something had exploded in the freezer and was not cleaned, and the back porch had cobwebs and soot from the BBQ, several of the cabinets don't close well. Upon arrival, the pool and hot tub had algae. I reported it and was told it was just discolored. After showing pictures of me removing the algae three days later, the host sent someone to clean the pool. The dishwasher control panel was held together with tape and continued to run while washing. The host offered to send someone to wash the dishes. I eventually called a repairman/friend who suggested switching cycles. I was able to run a load. With the rate I paid to stay at this property, I expected it to be in better condition.

The house and location were wonderful. Drew made the whole process smooth. He was in constant communication just to see how we are doing and if we needed anything. We will be back and stay here again. Thanks Drew

Let’s start with the property manager Drew-he was very communicative leading up to rental with property info & continued to provide timely info for our stay. Top notch host! We did find that the actual house needed some attention. We had several circuit breakers that prevented use of outlets including the microwave. We were able to get them reset but for the amount we paid it just is assumed everything will work. The biggest issue was the shower handle in guest bedroom was broken which prevented us from using it. Overall great property-amazing location on golf course, nice golf cart include-we also enjoyed playing pool a couple times.

Perfect home for the two of us, our two Sons, Wives and Grandchildren. Drew was great. The whole process from beginning to end was Easy Peasy. Really nice home! The Golf Cart, Pool Table, and Bicycles were the icing on the cake! Highly recommend this property.

We stayed at the house over the Memorial Weekend with our adult kids. The house was clean, cozy and perfect for a big group. The back yard is located right on the golf course and the pool is great! Spacious bedrooms and common areas (we loved the pool table and bumper pool). Living room has a copy sectional sofa that was a great common area for all of us to hang at night and play games. Drew was VERY RESPONSIVE and checked in with us often to make sure we were having a great time! We would definitely rent this house again!

This property is beautiful! It is spacious and very comfortable. The house is well stoked with anything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Drew, the property manager, is also so nice and easy to communicate with. He helped make our stay even better. I highly recommend this property for a family or friends trip!

This fit the 6 adults we went with perfectly, we definitely could've added another couple in the casita! Drew is such a great host, really accomodating and makes sure that everything in your trip goes smoothly and is enjoyable!

Four teens and three moms... The home was lovely. Great living space for all to hang out in. The pool was the perfect day retreat. The hot tub heats up quickly allowing for a post 'Chella" plunge. Drew was easy to get ahold of and quick with an answer. The location is ideal. We will certainly be back!!!

Nice location, very comfortable

The property is very spacious and easily slept six adults and four young children. There is a beautiful view in the back overlooking the fairway of the golf course and the mountains in the distance. The golf cart and the bikes were definitely a bonus. Drew was super attentive and responsive. He acted on a few minor issues immediately. He was a pleasure to deal with. We will very likely return in the future.

We were very excited about this location with all its amenities and looked forwarded to the golf cart. I will say the home is beautiful and we did have a great time. Yes, the property manager Drew was very responsive before and during our stay however nothing was done about the issues. Each day we had some sort of issue. The Casita light was not working which was minor but also a safety issue. One of the beds was broken and being held together with duct tape. The shower handle in one of the bathrooms broke, and the golf cart never worked. When we brought these items up, I would get a text right back saying that he would take care of it and then nothing was done. Each issue we mentioned the golfcart was still not working, he would say he would send the golf cart guy. I purposely waited to write a review about our stay to give him a chance to correct and compensate accordingly for the items that were not working. The response I got was - telling us that we had the golf cart plugged in incorrectly is absurd. If in fact, there is a specific way to plug in then I would think it would be the property managements responsibility to have instructions on what to do. When the golf cart guy serviced it, he never plugged it back in so there was no way to know it must be plugged in a certain way. You would think after telling him numerous times, it would be reasonable to have come out and look at it and show your guest how to operate it. Then there was the issue with shower. Drew said he would be sending someone out to fix it, we never saw him. We were told that he did show up, knocked & rang the doorbell. We did not leave the house at all on Saturday. The front door was open primarily the entire time we were there. We had two cars in the driveway, and Drew had my cell phone number. You would think he could have called me to let us know he was there. Drew said that I let him know about that too late on Sunday. I am the one on vacation why should we have to keep following up on these types of issues while trying to enjoy ourselves. We should not have to keep tabs on the maintenance personnel not showing up or responding. All the reviews of this property were very high and how responsive Drew was, I cannot leave this type of review. He said he would speak with the owners for compensation on these matters and still no response after a month. It is frustrating to have to keep following up and this is not what I would expect from a such a high-priced rental.

Drew was absolutely the best host we have had! Constantly in contact and very helpful with recommendations on restaurants in the area. We had 4 couples for a golf vacation. This property was perfect! A beautiful house in a wonderful area! We will be back!

Ou r stay was wonderful. We were 6 for Girls Trip and the house easily accommodated us. The property manager was very communicative and easy to work with. Lovely location on the golf course with a great pool and patio. One small issue was the cleanliness of the casita. Carpet was dirty and smelled of animal. We all would definitely go back.

Came down on fairly short notice with some friends for golf and fun. One day of very non-Desert-like weather but the house was perfect and the owner was incredibly responses to any issues we may have had (primarily us not understanding things we should have) Great spot, I would highly recommend

Loved the layout, the availability of not just one .. but TWO types of billiards (regulation and bumper pool). Great views, well stocked - nice linens!
