Service - 11 out of 10 I have quite a few hotel experiences both inside and outside the country. But this resort has the best service, so far! The owner and staff were very kind. I got hospitalized in Camotes on our first night there due to an asthma attack. The owner was even the one who drove us to the hospital - about 11km away from the resort, in the middle of the night. The owner was very considerate and even asked if we were able to bring money with us and waited for us until the doctor said I'd be admitted. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They made time to memorize our choices like water(hot or cold) and drink choices. They are always all smiles to you and would always want their guests to have a good and fun time. Will definitely come back with the family soon!

The staff was very accommodating. They looked for.ways for us to rent motorbikes in the evening when it is very hard to rent at those times. Also, the food was great and it was reasonably priced.

Walking distance to the beach but it is not really a bad thing.

breakfast was great. staffs were very helpful and friendly but the resort has no beachline and far from the sea.

Nice staff. Rooms very ok. Nice resort for families. They own a private part of coast a little walk away, they call it Ocean Heaven View. Ask for it, they will show it to you. And they gave me the key anytime I wanted to. I liked my "private" beach very much. Come at high tide: nice swimming. Sea urchins in the night and at low tide: Beware!

No direct access to sandy beach, that is totally blocked by Mongodlong Resort. Entrance fee.

Food excellent . The resort was luxurious, the coordinating of transport to arrive then leave presented a challenge especially with the weather cancelled ferrie etc. Other hotel resorts nearby had a beach which we occasionally patronised.

Rustic traditional pinoy island-- some things could do with attention.

The rate there was less than booking.com. We stayed an extra five days.

Nothing After how my sister in law was treated. I'm posting her mortifying experience that she was not expecting to receive at the resort. Everything that happened was in a midst of a typhoon which was signal number one and the resort staff lacked the professionalism and courtesy to handle unpredicted situations.

OCEAN HEAVEN RESORT CAMOTES ISLAND...We didnt complete our stay cause we felt uncomfortable. The lady in front desk kept walking around and came to me while swimming at the s.pool and told me that we will pay the daily use of the s.pool. i add extra person but they never give us extra bed. At 7pm no more at the front desk and housekeeping only the guard on duty. I was so mad cause they kept asking my family if someone will go home it was like 10 am in the morning(June 2,2021). I was so mad infront of the lady in the front desk but she just smiled and ignore(like insulted me).She never even say sorry even i was mad fir what she did. To ADRIAN LUCERNAS(wifi tecnician at the resort)he comment at my post at CAMOTESIAN WORLDWIDE that maybe i dont have enough money and why i went that resort if i cant afford there.(another insult) THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE COMFORTABLE OF THE GUEST,THEY JUST CARE ABOUT THE MONEY....over all NOT RECCOMENDABLE!!!!
