Superb location, very clean and comfortable and priced very nicely. Spacious, relaxing with great natural light.

One small improvement could help. The room overlooks a busy street and there is a noisy bar nearby which forces you to close the window. The sound proofing is great, however, there is only a small AC like unit that helps cool the room when the windows are closed. In the summer, at least, the room gets quite warm. A wall unit AC would have been a plus. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great location, beds really comfortable. Had the top floor river view room. Everything within walking distance and great selection of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Would book again

Shower was warm

Property spamed with messages. Forced ventilation only if lights are on. This resulted in the shower still being wet in the evening and constant high air moister. Entrance via masterlock box. City tax can only be payed in cash. Supposed to bring down the trash your self to a diffrent street then the hotel! When we arived room was still being cleaned. Windows look like they have not been cleaned in months. One layer thick toilet paper. Insect nets with holes partly riped out.… worst booking ever on this app

Fantastic location, and the view from the balcony over gardens to the river was lovely. Appreciated having all the essentials including a private utility cupboard with washing machine. Would recommend if staying in Porto.

Bathroom arrangement could be better (with a private shower) but it worked well for us as a couple.

Noisy at night, park opposite is a meeting point for young students, we took ear plugs so no problem really. Our apartment was 3rd floor so quite a few stairs, again, no real problem for us.

location in Centro Porto which is easy to walk to restaurants and sites. Parking very close to apartment.

Location is great, with a comforting view of the Cordoaria gardens, close enough to local attractions and nightlife without being embedded in its hectic buzz. Had to take a roundabout walk to get to the place (got to Porto by plane, and took the metro/not-so-sub-subway from the airport to Trindade station downtown) due to the construction work on multiple fronts downtown for the new metro line. The place was cosy and clean. Check in was done without personal contact, but the hosts were always available and kind, ready to help any time the need should arise. There was even some Port wine to welcome me when I arrived!

Beware those with heavy luggage - there is no elevator.

The stairs are a bit of a challenge. No view - the name of the property is Cordoaria River or Garden View - we had neither - the appartment looked into another building.

really lovely apartment, central location and a comfortable stay. the apartment is large with a beautiful river view. the owners left us with lots of recommendations and things to make our stay special, very grateful!

I think the check in times could be more flexible but this isn’t always possible due to people staying before us! it also might be nicer to have a physical check in and hand over the keys rather than collecting this from the property

Layout was functional and pleasant. Comfy bed and balcony and windows let in a lot of natural light. Location is perfect for exploring Porto without the noise of all the tourist. Great restaurants nearby and the host have left excellent guide and information.

Shower stall does not dry and ventilate well and smells of mold when you take a shower and so does the bed room area. Do not stay here if you are sensitive to mold.

excellent location, it is near all historical places and points of interest. it is clean, a beautiful room. we didn’t see the staff but we’re always very friendly and provided us with the information we needed.

The shower! Hot water lasted very short time and between showers we needed to wait for 15-20 min. We wanted to take a longer time on the shower. Even taking separate showers once we had to wait more than 20 min for the cylinder to get hog water.

The accommodation has a great location. Everything was clean. There is a perfect view from the River view aparment.

You cannot stand properly in the bathtub, because of the structure of the floor. Also, the floor was wobbly. There is no handheld showerhead. You cannot close the blinds in the bathroom at all. The bathroom lacks any privacy. The host sends a lot of automatic messages, but when I asked them if an earlier check in would be possible, they promised to let me know, but they didn’t.
