The view

Their listing on booking.com is very misleading. It is mentioned on the website that it's a 2 bedroom villa but upon reaching there we were given two rooms on the ground floor of a FIVE bedroom villa and were told we have to share it with another family staying on the upper floor. Complete lack of privacy, strangers roaming about on our floor since the exit is common, caretakers entering the hall without knocking as if it's a common room. Informed this to the stayvista executive who wasn't ready to take accountability for this mishap. The check-in is supposed to be at 2 PM but the villa wasn't ready by 2:30 and was cleaned sloppily in front of us. Food tasted okay but we were refused a lot of stuff citing that they "don't stock up on groceries", I mean what's the point of having a menu and hosting if you don't even have basic groceries like onions and potatoes. The caretakers seemed like nice people but were working as if they were on notice. The price they charge for this 2 star experience at most is absolutely not worth it. Only good thing about this place was the view. First stay at a stayvista property and I would not recommend it, never going back. It was a damper on our vacation.

Just a villa with no amenities inside...far away from town ...no easy access to shops...only good thing is the ambience near by...

it’s located in a great place. the caretakers were very helpful. we were a group of 15 had one of the best fun nights.

bit costly in everything

Location is very good

Service : Very poor service. Anything you order it has to be told in the morning(even the basic vegitables like potatos not available in stock. Breakfast also is not complementary and You can not even order for 1 plate of additional idly if you need. Facility: Flush systems are not working in most of the toilets. Some of the washrooms are not cleaned. Cost: Everything here is charged very high compared to the quality of food. The same Stay vista propertied in other areas are far better in terms of Quality and cost.

over all

The resort was really beautiful. Little far from market but worth to live. The caretakers Rekha, Raj and Rajiv were amazing. The food was so yummy, prepared by them only. They were so polite and hardworking. We met property owner as well, he asked us about our well beings or if we need anything, great gesture from him. Overall I like the property, specially when it rains you will love to stay there.

Just the road should be little more good. Otherwise everything was good!
