We had a wonderful time. Great weather-great food and great fun. Our room was wonderful. Only downside I could say was that the lazy river needed skimming more often. Would recommend to others.

The condo is well stocked and the beds comfortable. Had a problem with a slow draining sink and CoastalVibes responded quickly with one of their friendly employees.

We’ve been staying at Destin west since 2015. We keep trying different condos to see which one we like. This one is by far our new favorite. Already booked for next year! Clean, huge, sleeps 10, and the decor is so beachy and elegant. Checkin was a breeze! Plenty of towels and the working hot tub was fabulous! Zero complaints. Highly recommend this condo as well as Coastal Vibe vacations.

Heron L-04 was perfect for our stay. This was the first time we came to Destin West in September. I truly believe this was the best time to be there. Condo was clean and well furnished. It will definitely be oun our list again for next year.

Beautiful and clean condo- perfect for a family get away! Our girls loved the bunk beds and my oldest felt safe to sleep up top! Comfortable beds, loved the hot tub for when the kids needed a break from the sun. Many card games were played out there! We of course love the Destin west lazy river, pool and access to the bay and gulf. Ricks on the island next door had delicious pizza, seafood and drinks. We will be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! We have been to Destin West before but this was the first time staying in a lower level condo. It was worth it! Walk right down to the pool, view of the bay, and our own hot tub for the chilly evenings are a few of the perks. We enjoyed walking to Rick's next door for the amazing pizza and beer. Also we like the option of walking to Tom Thumb for last minute snacks or drinks. The condo and hot tub were very clean and well decorated. The mattresses in main bedrooms were comfortable. The only complaint was the number of wash cloths and hand towels: For 5 people only 5 were provided so it meant doing laundry way too often for vaca! We would stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

We frequent Destin West every year for spring and fall break and have stayed at just about every 3 bedroom unit available on either the Lanai or Penthouse levels. I'd put this one right in the lower levels as far as quality. The master bedroom bed is extremely soft and very worn out, the bedding is old and the bunk room is actually way better as far as comfort of bedding. Pull out couches are functional but if you lay in them they tip backwards. Hot tub was properly cleaned and heated for check in so we appreciated that. The sliding door to the master is not functional. It seems to be off the track. I filed a maintenance request, which was promptly responded to, however he said he could not fix it and it required the glass door people to come, who never came during our 8 day stay. Overall I was slightly disappointed in the quality of the unit however it wasn't by far the worst I've stayed in on this property. Overall that did not detract from our stay and we still had a wonderful trip. The unit was cleaned upon arrival and there were plenty of towels available. I'd say if you're on a budget and can get this unit for less than $300 per night its worth it.

The property was nice, the location was perfect, not too far from the Destin Harbor Boardwalk

This property was overall very nice, had what we needed for our trip to Florida! The location was wonderful, just a small walk to the boardwalk and beach. It was also a stones throw to the pool and lazy river. It could use some cleaning around the patio doors, bathroom ceiling and garbage disposal. The Maintenance staff were very nice and prompt. You do have to wear a band when in the pool or beach or the band police will get you! Overall a wonderful time experience!

Our stay was awesome. The condo was very oclean and spacious for a family of 4 plus 2 adults. A minor repair needed to be done & the online form to request maintenance was so easy to use & it was repaired within an hour of my request. Can’t get any better than that. I’m The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again on future family trips.

We had a great time at Destin west. Condo was great and working with coastal vibes was just as wonderful. Highly recommend!

Love this condo

We enjoyed the 1st floor location of this property. It was very easy to walk from the deck to the pools. And the hot tub was a great bonus feature.

This very nice, spacious 3 bedroom condo is perfect for the whole family. The master bedroom and the guest room have king size beds, and to my surprise, the bunk beds even appear to be queen size which certainly can accommodate adults if needed. The condo is beautifully decorated and just steps away from the relaxing 700 foot lazy river. The beach is within walking distance and I would recommend renting an umbrella on the beach because it is much easier than hauling a cart and tent down to the beach. The beach and weather was perfectly, custom-made by God.

We had an excellent experience and would stay at this condo again! It was well stocked with all the family needs and beach supplies, got tub was clean and hot upon arrival, rooms and beds comfortable... beautifully decorated and perfect location for our family of 7! We were especially happy for the quick and easy replacement for the kitchen sink faucet that leaked a little into our stay...the owners had a new one installed quickly the next day and were very easy to work with via email and check-in and check-out. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit! Great location, nice views, walk out to the pool, beautiful furnishings and well stocked kitchen. We were totally comfortable the whole time. We walk to the beach and used the pool and lazy river . And we especially enjoyed using our own private hot tub! I would absolutely come here again and highly recommend it!

Nicely stocked and decorated condo. First floor with few stairs, just walk out gate to pool, lazy river and marina area. Beach cart, chairs and toys provided. Covered parking was always available. We were lucky and had perfect weather! Management team easy to work with and professional. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Love Destin-West. Wonderful resort condo was amazing plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the lazy river and everything else was close proximity easy to get too. Definitely will be back. Thank you!!

We absolutely loved this place - it was super clean and steps away from the Lazy River. We grilled outside on our bottom deck and was just a short walk from the beach! Will def stay again! The Nettles! :-)))

We are so happy with our stay! Had no issues with anything. The condo was so nice, clean, equipped with everything we needed, and all the appliances worked wonderfully! Definitely recommend this unit!

We loved our week at Destin West Heron L-04! The location of Heron L-04 on the property was perfect--easy access from the deck to the pool and lazy river, beautiful sunrise view over the bay, easy access to the parking garage, and a short walk to the boat rental businesses right next door. We walked everywhere--across the bridge to the beach during the day and to the boardwalk at night for dinners, fireworks, gelato and shopping. We also walked to the mini-golf course at the adventure center right by Destin West. The Heron L-04 kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more, the bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice and the towels clean and soft. We spent many afternoons playing cards on the deck overlooking the pools and the bay. We were happy to have beach cart and equipment provided, especially the umbrella and chairs. We rented a pontoon boat one day and jetskis and paddleboards another day--since the rental place was right next door, it was quick and easy. This was our first time renting through Coastal Vibe Vacations, and it felt like we were renting from a friend. The warm, friendly emails were informative and thorough, and provided a kind welcome and helpful instructions. Check in and check out were simple and allowed us to get right to the fun.

This condo was amazing! The view of the bay and lazy river was the highlight of our evenings. Would definitely recommend this condo and the communication was above and beyond with all the insider info. Thank you for such an amazing stay!
