The apartment was,clean comfortable and well maintained.Great little hidden gem in the heart of Duval.Close to everything we wanted to do with great restaurants and coffee shops just feet away!!Not to mention a charming neighborhood cat to greet us everyday.Looking forward to coming back!

This apartment was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The place was super clean and right in the heart of downtown! It was nice that the balcony was just off of Duval so it was a quiet at night. The property manager was very pleasant and always answered every question promptly. Would definitely stay here again next time in town. Perfect for 2 couples.

This is a very nice 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with private designated parking. It’s steps away from Duvall, easy waking distance to Mallory Square or Sounthernmost point. It is an upstairs unit, if you have issues with stairs there is no elevator. Property management is wonderful to work with.

We could only hear the roosters in the morning, which is to be expected with key west. We highly recommend this property to others!

This property is just off duval street which is a perfect combination of less street noise and great proximity to all the fun Duval street has to offer. Easy walking distance all around key west! Loves our stay.

This was a great place to stay love that it was in a heart of downtown, but off the beaten path close to many of the restaurants and other activities at the island offers I would highly recommend I think our patio perch of the deck was the best place to hang out. Great place to have a morning coffee and plan your day.

Great location. We were able to get to all places without moving the car for the three days we were there. We enjoyed walking everywhere. We had a small issue finding the parking area, but it was quickly resolved. House needs a few more coffee mugs. There were only three and we were four. Dishwasher tray needs a couple rollers. Other than that, all was in order and met our needs. There was an ample supply of starter items.

Property was clean, cozy, pretty well stocked with amenities, and had parking for our Motorcycles which was a huge plus. It's literally stumbling distance to Duval in the art gallery area. Plenty of bars, attractions, shops right outside your door. Quiet-ish area also, for Key West anyway. Not too many loud screaming people, just the usual roosters.

This was a great property and location couldn’t be better. It was so nice sitting on the balcony and relaxing. I would highly recommend this place

This place was everything we were looking for. Great location, perfect size, nicely furnished and great ownership. The easy to follow directions were greatly appreciated and the contact and communication were very easy and friendly. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

The apartment was very clean and in great shape. Having a little gated off parking lot for our car was convenient. The management staff are very responsive and super helpful. The only downsides were the almost non-existent water pressure in the shower. If you have a lot of hair, factor in a bit more getting ready time. We were only there during one "weekend" night which was Friday. It was the only night that noise was a concern. We could hear loud music until about midnight in the bedroom that led to the balcony. Honestly, we could have just moved rooms and it would have been a non issue. All in all, we very much enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

I almost don’t want to tell y’all how fantastic this cute little place was!! It’s perfection as far as location, comfortable beds, plenty of room, and full kitchen!! You are steps away from Duval street and Cuban Coffee Queen! No joke! We will stay here again. Thanks for sharing this gem with us, we had a blast celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary.
