I only giving one star as it is not possible to give no stars… I hated absolutely everything about this property

Upon arrival we could not find staff to check in, a young man emerged from a hut nearby and asked if we have booked a room, when we replied yes he then pointed at the room to indicate it was ours, he didn’t even ask who we were!!! Arriving into the room we found used towels and dirty bedsheets, water was not working either, floor was hairy and Sandy and visibly filthy, property smelt like a sewer and the fan was rusty… there is a big gap at the top of the door so mosquito heaven… then to make things worse our lock did not work so we went back to the hut and met the same man who was visibly annoyed at us disturbing him and he gave us a new lock… also the power went on one occasion.. just being in the property made me cry on two occasions just from the sheer disgustingness of the place. We would have left after checking in only we stayed on full moon night and everywhere else was very expensive… Checking out we could not find anyone so we just had to leave the key at the door… overall a truly awful and unsettling experience

Location was by the beach.

Needed to work but there was no WiFi. No soap in the bathroom. Only cold water and towel holder fell off the wall.

Beds are really old and uncomfortable. Rubbish in front of the room door. The room is hot as hell. Better go to Mikasa hotel next door. Better value for the money.

I could one own room by really reasonable price and the location is really convenient for me.

The room was not clean at all. The blankets, sheets etc it seemed like it was it was already used. Cockroach in toilet. We just checked in and checked out at same time when we saw this.

on arrival we were told that of the 2 rooms we had booked only 1 was available. As it was the night before the full moon party, the island was obviously fully booked. After a lot of discussion we convinced the host to provide an additional bed to all sleep in the same room. When demanding the refund for the room that we had paid for but wasn't available, the host made no efforts to provide a solution. We then had to get in touch with the neighbour so that he could lend the money to the host so he could refund us. The neighbour also told us that the host had just gotten out of hospital and that the place was taken off booking.com, due to the mental condition of the host.

The room was not in a good condition, curtains and towels holders were falling down, the sink was ready to fall and the water walls running out of the tube, no hot ware, the flush was not working, no extra toilet paper

Excellent location right next to the beach and near all the fun things to do in Koh Phangan. The property was very clean and the staff were lovely. Probably the best place I’ve stayed for the price. The perfect place to smoke and watch the sunset.
