clean room and friendly housekeeping.. location near from restaurant and loundry and shop.. the area is sparsely populated and not crowded. the risk for covid infection is low

I didn't really like a staff when I checked in that night .. I asked where the word (I LOVE SANDAKAN) he replied ooo I don't know .. the harbor mall is in the city area? .. ooo I don't know. ..maybe the worker has just arrived in Sandakan like us. I ended up using MR GOOGLE even though he doesn't live in Sandakan. Other staff are friendly especially the staff who answered the phone before check in and during check out. tq...tq... we will stay labuk hotel again and recommend to others friends

Friendly staff, the hotel location is easy to find and near to many local restaurant, & enough parking space.

1)there is a stain on a mattress cover and comforter. 2)I can smell the cigarette smoke in my room from the outside.
