The hotel is nice and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Location of hotel is very good and close to eateries and the beach. The food was also good and the pool was also clean

I think the bathroom can be better with hooks for hanging clothes , better soap dispenser and AC

There is nothing we liked talking about this room. The first night was a nightmare. The room had no window, dark and smelly. Smell of mold was really intense because of the bad ventilation. We booked for two nights in this property and took a twin for the first night just because there was no double available for both nights and we decided better to change a room than a hotel. That was a mistake. Really can’t understand how this hotels has so good reviews. The next day we had an upgrade from our booked deluxe double to the suite without asking. That room was spacious and good. Still, dirty windows and very bad soundproofing does not correlate with the excellence. If you book in this hotel, consider only suite option or avoid it at all.

The beach towels were awful. The rooftop swimming pool has no shadow at all, you can’t stay there chilling in the sunny day if you arrive earlier and your room is not ready. The pool itself is really small and doesn’t look inviting. Dirty windows even in the suite room and poor soundproofing. We could hear every single sound from the night market street.

At time of booking, reserve for 3 rooms, of which 2 rooms booked with 2 adults 1 kid (aged 11) with extra bed. At time of check in, was told that the room is too small to accommodate for an extra bed, and hotel staff insist that I get another room for the 2 kids afed 11.

The location is perfect. Hotel’s staff are so lovely. Everything is excellent. I had the best time while staying at this hotel. I will choose this hotel for the next trip to Da Nang.

Cazarea aproape de plaja,maxim 100 de m, locatie buna, aproape de f multe localuri ,night market micut,iar personalul este foarte amabil. Aș dori să-l folosesc din nou data viitoare. Trochę hałas wieczorem ze względu na bliskość innych lokali z głośną muzyką . Trochę słaba organizacja podczas śniadania, czasem kończy się dużo produktów w tym samym czasie i długo trwa ich uzupełnianie. Śniadanie moim zdaniem to słaby punkt tego hotelu.

スタッフがとても親切で、お部屋もとても清潔でした。なにより価格がとても安い！またチェックインも時間より早めに到着しましたがかなり早くお部屋に案内してくれました。深夜便のフライトに備えて休憩できるように予約しましたが近隣にコンビニや飲食店などもあり、また少し歩けばビーチにも行けて空港も近くアクセスのよい立地だと思います。もしお風呂にしっかり入りたい場合はバスタブのある部屋を選ぶことをお勧めします。

Wi-Fiの接続がイマイチで部屋でスマホがうまく使えませんでした。またトイレのカギが壊れているのかあかなくなったり、冷蔵庫も冷えませんでした。バスタブのないシャワールームだけの部屋でしたが私たちは深夜便のフライトのために利用したので問題ありません、値段が安いのでまあいいかと思いました。

The service standard here is above and beyond! I'm so happy with my stay. Very comfortable place and good and quiet location. Close to restaurants nearby. The spa downstairs please look for Cam for massage, this young girl is one if the best messeues I've tried. Chris and the front desk team, everyone is sooo helpful. They will not let you carry your luggage even if you insist to. We checked out early 5.30am for a morning flight and they packed us breakfast boxes. Super sweet and thoughtful . 5 star service!!!

Deluxe номер без окон! Не понять утро или ночь. Из вентиляционной шахты прекрасно слышно всех соседей, что делают, о чём говорят. Прямая дверь в соседний номер не добавляет звукоизоляции. Очень шумно, спать сложно. А ещё в ванной не было двери, лишь арка в дверном проёме. Странное решение.

We stayed in Sofiana hotel for 2 days. We had an exceptional stay. Hotel in just walking distance from the beach. Room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we required. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Mr. Chris at reception is very helpful and friendly. He helped us in planning our itinerary and booking tickets. Hotel also has Spa facility with offers for their guests. Breakfast is very good with lot of varieties. For vegetarians they have fruits, juices, bread butter jam and other options as well. In all its the best hotel in Da nang. We rate it 10/10

There is near by beach! reasonable price!

Very good location, close to anything in Da Nang. The hotel remains calm and fancy. The room is very comfortable. We enjoyed a full massage for a cheap price. The swimming pool at the rooftop is very nice, especially at night.

Window of the room is a bit small but there is enough light in the room.

The location is near the beach and the beautiful tree lined street has great restaurants. The hotel staff was very helpful when we arrived early to accommodate us with the best treatments at the Emotion Spa on site. I really recommend having a massage. Rooms are good and spacious! The location is also near the beach and there is great laundry service just next to the hotel and also a supermarket nearby! The hotel provides beach towels which was great! And also you can hire motorbikes from the hotel itself. Other tourists attractions are 10-15 mins drive. The best part was the breakfast buffet, loads of variety and it’s on the 12th floor which gives a great view.The staff is friendly and suggested a great secluded beach location.

Really great stay in Da Nang good room size and lovley rooftop bar. location was great and all the staff were really kind and helpful. great value for money regarding both room rates and additional services like pickup and massage etc.

Really really friendly service and a bargain for the quality of the hotel. The buffet breakfast had a good spread each morning and the spa services were decently priced. Check in was a breeze. The location of the hotel was within a tourist area with lots of restaurants, close to the beach and short grab rides into the Da Nang city area.

11/10 this was an amazing stay. The staff are INCREDIBLE. They made every effort to go above and beyond during our stay. When my father arrived they upgraded our rooms so that we could be next to my fathers room after I mentioned that it would be nice *IF* it was possible. They were friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful. We were welcomed (late at night) with smiles, fresh fruit and tea. The location was perfect and the rooftop pool and bar had happy hour with 2 for 1 drinks every day. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many fresh and delicious options to choose from (again the amazing staff offered recommendations for things to do and made us feel welcome). The rooms were clean and comfortable with giant beds and plug sockets that fit every international powerpoint - no adapter needed! The on site spa was TOP NOTCH and they offer a 50% discount for guests. Laundry service, mini bar in room, free water every day for tea or coffee, money exchange - we used all of these services and were very impressed. I would (and will) stay here again and would like to thank the staff from the bottom of my heart for making my Dad's trip to Da Nang one to remember.

The ac at our room was not working so it was very cold and humid at the room. We complained about it several times but the staff did literally nothing for about 4 hours until we went down and told them that we want to check out, and that we already booked another hotel. Only then they offered to change the room, but we already booked another hotel as we were tired of their indifference. The staff barely speaks english.
