Apartment is in one of the most historically exquisite place in the world. Apartment is located in the hearth of old city where all the main attractions are only minutes away.

Having in mind apartment is located in one of the best historical cities in the world we arrived there and once entered the apartment we felt like being in any other old city apartments. There is such a historical value of that place but then the owner made it feel like any other old place in UK, Austria, Czech,.... Some small gesture of adding some local products would make a huge difference. The other thing we missed is some welcome from the host. Someone who brings in the story of place, give some advices, some interesting facts, etc... And one practical thing: house does not have classic boiler but instead some instant water heater which has been a nightmare. We were struggling with keeping steady temperature of water. In some cases we could live with it, but with small baby where we needed constant water temperature it has become nightmare to bath her.

The apartment is in a great location within the old town. The apartment is spacious and has most amenities.

The apartment is set over 5 levels including the entrance. The stairs are difficult and I would say require caution. The beds are terrible. I slept in the bed in the first bedroom, it was like concrete. It’s not a standard mattress. The pillow was flat, it would be better if guests were provided with two decent pillows. Despite the superb location and lovely living area in this apartment I would not stay here again because of the beds.

Läget var fantastiskt. Städningen jättebra med fräscha sängkläder och handdukar. Lägenheten var trevligt möblerad.

Trapporna, fyra stycken branta trappor till lägenhetens olika plan. Detta framgick inte av beskrivningen på Booking. Saknades vinglas till alla personer. En toalettsits var trasig. Sängarna var ganska hårda.

The location was great.

The stairs were unsafe, particularly going up to the attic room with the two twin beds. There was no handrail and it was extremely dangerous. The other sets of stairs were steep and difficult to navigate. For anyone with any significant luggage, this would not be the place to stay.

brilliant location, was absolutely amazing. loved the kitchen/living room space, was ideal for chatting with the group before going out on our tours/dinners/drinks.

In the heart of historical center of Dubrovnik. Beautiful old building, and the whole house was ours.

Poor parking opportunities.
