Het appartement is ruim en mooi.

Wij boeken altijd een accommodatie met wellness. Wij kregen echter bij aankomst te horen dat de Wellness niet beschikbaar was. Als we dit van tevoren hadden geweten, hadden we deze accommodatie niet geboekt. Verder werkte de afstandsbediening van de garage niet en vroeg de eigenaresse ons om een nieuwe batterij te kopen voor de afstandsbediening. Geen probleem om dit te doen. Echter...bij het declareren van dit bedrag, kregen wij ongevraagd 40 euro extra op de rekening. Met een bericht: koop er maar een fles wijn voor om te compenseren dat de wellness niet beschikbaar is. Dit hebben wij niet geaccepteerd en Booking.com op de hoogte gesteld. Booking.com kun je niet bellen en als je een bericht stuurt, is dit ook niet op te slaan. Booking.com heeft hoor (en geen wederhoor) gedaan bij de eigenaar en stelt dat wij gecompenseerd zijn. Niet dus!!! Want dit hebben wij niet geaccepteerd. Een dikke 1 voor de communicatie voor de eigenaresse en de manier waarop en jammer dat Booking.com geen wederhoor heeft gedaan. Hier meerdere berichten over gestuurd. Nooit meer naar dit appartement. Wat je boekt, mag aan je verwachtingen voldoen en in dit geval was dit totaal niet het geval.

Great host and great apartment

The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was adequately equipped with the required utensils. The apartment's location was challenging as it was 1300 m in height, with a nice mountain view. However, the owner of the apartment was beneficial and supportive.

A lot of construction led to the closure of the supermarket and some restaurants. There was no dishwashing soap and garbage bags, and we had to buy garbage bags, dishwashing, and hand wash soap.

Beautifully done and comfortable apartment with a stunning view from the deck. We enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, yoaster, teapot and all needed dishes, pots. The information and instructions from the host were helpful and Ewa was very responsive. The location is close to gondola, restaurants and the food market in the village. The unloading zone near the building was useful. Having a spa zone was a treat! Sauna was super hot and all fellow guests respectful and friendly

Clear instructions. No fuss. Flexible arrival and departure. Beautiful furnishings, hotel grade bed sheets and towels. Jacuzzi and sauna were amazing. Kitchen well equipped with quality utensils and dishes. No Ikea junk in sight. Linen and furnishings from John Lewis and the White Company. Amazing sofa. Fireplace.

The bed in the master bedroom was a tiny bit small for us but really it's the only minor complaint. Can't really say we didn't like it.

The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the Veysonnaz gondola so it's quite convenient. There is also a supermarket that is just 2 minute walk in the opposite direction as well.

Great apartment. Clean, looks brand new. Lovely view and quick access to the slopes.
