Very friendly & welcoming hosts, ideal location just 5 mins walk from the town.

The driveway was very steep, steps down the front of the property to the road were a lot easier

Location great walking distance to everything. Staff very attentive, bed comfortable, delicious breakfast and parking good, the “steep driveway” isn’t that steep and no issues in our little manual fiat hire car. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely house,beautiful garden. Jeannie, Rebbeca and Christofer were a total delight. Genuinely kind, nice and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, equivalent and better than at the 4 star hotel we stayed after the 3 nights at Conwy. The room was warm and comfortable, loved to return to it. Highly recommended.

Very good breakfast with beautiful view to garden. Short walk to town center, to the castle and to the town wall.

Great location for exploring Conwy. The owners were friendly and the room clean with a large bed, pristine sheets and towels, and a well-appointed bathroom. The wine glasses in the room were a nice touch as was the availability of milk and additional tea bags etc. in a fridge on the first floor. My husband enjoyed his cooked breakfasts. It was good to be able to park off-road.

The drive was very steep and we heard the odd grating noise when we joined the road so not ideal for cars with low exhausts (ours is an ordinary hatchback). The electric shower didn't cope that well with changes in water pressure despite being quite high-tec. We had a lovely big bed but the duvet didn't seem quite big enough at times. These are all minor quibbles and didn't stop up enjoying our stay.

Within short walking distance to town. Spotlessly clean. Good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Friendly hosts.

Breakfast was plentiful and filling and the location just a short 10 minute walk to Conwy castle and town.

Jenny and her family where so very friendly, hopeful and made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing and set you up for the day. It was peaceful and relaxing with a lovely view onto the castle and Conwy town. Great that there was private parking .. thank you!!

Take care with the steep slope to the parking area but once you have done it once… no problem

The vegetarian breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. Our lovely host made sure we had plenty to eat and drink!

Within walking distance of the castle. There was a pretty harbour in the town.

Holiday ruined due to disgusting noises from the room next door. Unfortunately there is only a standard door linking the two rooms and you feel as though the person next door is in the same room as you. Jenny 'didn't know' when he was leaving and didn't have another room free. As I stood in the hall in tears saying I couldn't stay another minute in that room, all she had to say was that I'd still be charged. As we left there was a man sat outside the front door smoking even though they say they are a none smoking establishment. Hadn't even left Conwy when I had a notification that my card had been charged £315. Couldn't afford to find another B&B so had to drive home late in the evening. Check in is very late at 5pm. The room didn't have room for a suitcase hence the reason their email suggests an overnight bag. This is the worst ever experience I've had in a B&B

The breakfast was superb. An excellent selection and all was cooked fresh to order.

Lovely large bedroom and spacious bathroom with views across the valley. It was very nice to able to come and go as we pleased and on a rainy afternoon the comfortable conservatory was a bonus. We were easily able to walk into Conwy from Glan Heulog which made getting about very simple. Jenny and Becky made our stay comfortable and very pleasant.

Not a problem for us but the access could be challenging for some.

Lovely little gem of a place. Room,views from room and food amazing. Jenny and her daughter Beccie were great and Chris helped us with the TV so good team effort. Very comfortable stay. Good location near Conway. Thank you all.

We enjoyed everything. The breakfast was good, our room was spacious and the location was good. We were about 1/2 mile to conwy and it was an easy walk.
