Nothing!

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel and it is a big cheat. We booked the hotel on booking.com due to its high rating. However, this hotel is definitely overrated . Later in an another comment I read that they were offered free drink at the bar in return of a 5-star review so probably why this place has such a high rating. Hence, be mindful before booking this hotel as your option for several reasons explained below. The first and formost reason is the unsafe design of the room. The open shelf design at the entrance of the rooms is protruded and the risk of hitting your head to the corner of the shelf is very high. My wife hit the corner of her eye to the sharp corner of the shelf while trying to fetch something from the minibar which caused a wound, bleeding and bruise. She was lucky that she didn’t hurt her eyes. They wanted to make the most out of the space by jeopardizing the safety standards. You can notice this in the bathroom where the toilet space is tight and I had to sit on it tilted. The hotel is on a steep hill, hidden behind a house and the location is not great for walking — we have to take taxi. Also, all taxies missed the entrance as there is no clear sign of the hotel on the main road. Each time we had to step out of the Hotel and stand on the main road so that taxies could find us. We didn’t feel welcome upon entering the hotel. There was no one in the front door to greet us like most other hotels in this range. We were on the third floor and our view was backside facing a house and parking, not a nice view. Since the room space is so congested, it feels trapped inside the room. The breakfast is very poor. There is vey limited options. There is no coffee machine. No cheese, croissants, ham and other alternatives. There’s only toast bread for bread options. if you are not used to eating the Thai dishes as breakfast, you basically remain with a simple bed and breakfast option. The smell inside the hotel wasn’t pleasant.

Das Hotel liegt auf dem Berg oberhalb von Patong, mit Infinity Pool mit toller Aussicht. Das Zimmer war schick. Das Bad ist toll und raffiniert konstruiert. Trinkwasser wurde jeden Tag wieder aufgefüllt. Sehr nettes Personal

Leider hatten wir keine Aussicht sondern haben hinten aus dem Haus auf den Berg geschaut. Das Zimmer hat leider sehr ungesund nach Schimmel gerochen! Länger als zwei Tage möchte ich da nicht drin wohnen. Es gab keine Haken für Handtücher zum Trocknen. Wir wurden 15 Minuten vor Check-Out Zeit auf dem Zimmer angerufen und es wurde gefragt wann wir aus dem Zimmer sind, das hat unnötigen Stress verbreitet.
