Location

HORRIBLE & DISGUSTING place - For your own safety and well being - Stay away!! I am referring to room number 501. Images, description and communication with the property is DECEIVING!!! Room was smelling of smoking and mold, walls very disgusting and dirty, the whole place looks bad. Not worth a penny. We are a family of 6 and I specifically inquired before booking if the room can accommodate all of us and was answered that there are 3 double beds in the room. That is a pure lie! There is only 1 double bed and 4 mattresses laying on a “floor” above the bedroom. One person presumably was supposed to sleep in a hole in the wall - far from how they describe the room. Immediately after getting into the room we asked for another room as that room is inhabitable, they tried to convince us to open the windows or that they would come the next day to clean. It was so bad that we couldn’t stay there so unfortunately had to book another place for that night and then booked another place for the remaining nights, more than doubling our hotel costs for the 5 nights we were supposed to stay there. Neither the property nor Booking are taking responsibility for deceiving us. That is very disappointing.

Close to the station. Near lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Lots of space and comfortable.

Lots of noise. There was a party held upstairs with lots of yelling. Room is not soundproof, so you also hear lots of noise of people partying on the street. A naked woman tried to get into one of the other rooms and was yelling for a while. There is no lobby, only an iPad on a stairwell. The shower needs some love and attention.

Amazing location, such a large family friendly size room for Japan, and also had a washer dryer that came as a massive help with the kids.

The location of this apartment was great, and we really appreciated the relatively spacious quarters. This was our first room after arriving in Tokyo, and it was an excellent place to crash. A combination washer-dryer with operating instructions proved really practical and convenient.

No complaints.
