Perfect size and had all the right amenities , our kids loved the air jockey table and our main bathroom tub and shower combo was spa like . The kitchen has everything we needed and even a rice cooker !

Very nice house for family close to las vegas Blvd

We had all of our kids and their spouses meet us for a 50th anniversary celebration. The house was great and it was just as expected from the listing. Mikhail and Ping were always responsive and very considerate. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

We thoroughly loved staying here. It was a great location and close to grocery stores and freeway. The house was great especially having 3 full baths. This made it nice for our teenage girls. The kitchen, dinning room, and TV room being all open made it nice to all be together. I highly suggest this house. Thank you so much Mikhail.

The house was perfect for a short getaway. The ping pong and air hockey table was perfect! The communication was very easy with the hosts. The entire house was very clean and well-maintained! The neighborhood is very safe and close to great plazas and restaurants!

Our Son was having his wedding in Las Vegas on 10/18/23. Me (44) My wife(42) son (18) and Daughter (13), Drove down on 10/16/23 from SLC, UT. We made it to the house a little past 10pm, getting into the house was a breeze no issues at all! The managers instructions were perfect. Everything was exactly as they stated. We were very impressed with the size and space of the house. Everyone got their own room and bathroom. So much better than the 4 of us in a hotel room. Everything was very clean and in order (I really liked that). Kitchen was great for breakfasts and easy to clean up. We did not have any issues but I know the manager would have taken care of them immediately if we had. I appreciated the manager messaging me a few times just to check in and see how we were it really made everything that much better! We will definitely use this house again when we go back to Vegas! I recommend to anyone not wanting to go the traditional Vegas hotel route to give this property a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Great property, great communication, great amenities…..nice touches with bath soaps in all restrooms and coffee selection. Property is well taken care of and shows even better in person. Owner checked in upon arrival and made sure everything was going well. Will stay here again when in Vegas.

We not only found the property was clean and comfortable, with a nice kitchen and comfortable sleeping arrangements, the owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to my texts. We found the location worked well as it was close to the strip but handy for other activities we were doing as well.

Just as listed. Very spacious. Great for having families and friends. Plenty of room and the Air Hockey Table is plenty of fun. Great location with easy access to The Strip and many other area attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.

The home was just what we needed. Comfy beds and kitchen was well stocked with basics. The kids loved the air hockey table and the dum dum lollipops. My husband enjoyed the kcup variety. Mikhail was quick to respond to messages and drove over at night to sign Netflix and Amazon Prime back in because someone had signed them out. Thanks for providing a convenient and comfortable stay for our vacation!

From initial inquiry to check out, this was a 5-star VRBO experience. The house was well furnished, stocked, labeled, and clean top to bottom. The owners could not have been more responsive and welcoming. We were in Vegas for a football camp, and the house was a perfect retreat to rest in-between sessions. Close enough to visit the Strip at night, and far enough out to be close to the venue and neighborhood grocery shopping. Thank you so much!

This house is awesome Comfortable Clean

It was a short drive to downtown, in a great neighborhood, or at least appeared to be a nice neighborhood. We ran out of garbage bags toilet paper, and needed a vacuum, and the tenant was very quick to bring. Whatever we needed. The place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean and lived up to the description. We had a wonderful weekend with our kids and our grandkids. The convertible air hockey/ping pong table was fun for all ages. The house is very conveniently located to the strip and Raiders stadium. I would definitely recommend this house.
