THEY DID SEND OUT SOMEONE TO CLEAN WHILE WE WERE THERE (VERY INCONVENIENT) MY WIFE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THE REMOTES AND WASNT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY THEY CAME OUT. SOMEONE WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL HER BACK TO COMPENSATE FOR SOME OF THIS WHICH IS ABSURD AND NO CALL BACK. HORRENDOUS AND WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN ESPECIALLY FOR $6100!! THE GOLF CART WOULN'T KEEP A CHARGE...THE POOL WAS DIRTY AND HAD TO HAVE A POOL CLERK COME CLEAN IT AND PUT CHLORINE WHILE WE WERE THERE SO COULDN'T USE IT FOR A DAY.....THE PLACE AS OVERALL ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10, A 5 AT BEST,. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL AND NOTHING WAS COMPENSATED AS WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE. NEVER AGAIN!

The fact that each of the 6 bedrooms had a bath attached was amazing. Clean and comfortable beds with a great location made our family Thanksgiving trip a wonderful one!

A few well used areas like a cracked fridge drawer but overall a great stay. We loved the layout and the pool was actually warm!plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Nice pillows/bedding. Dryer did not work well and likely needs replaced.

The property is great it was everything advertised and more. When you go make sure you stop and take time for Rolled Ice Cream and the Bad Ass Coffee by the beach. The Property is close to the beach and has great restaurants and shopping and the neighborhood is quiet. For us myself and my wife and my three adult sons and their two wife's with our three grandkids 1, 2 and 5 - it was perfect. Everyone had such a good time even with one rainy day - there was plenty to do in Destin/Miramar Beach. And we are looking forward to our return to the same property.

The location of the house was awesome and having the access to the golf cart was key. The beaches were awesome. We enjoyed having the pool as the weather didn’t cooperate late in the trip. We were disappointed in the overall condition of the property. The rocks around the pool area were overgrown with weeds. We pulled the weeds because it was so bad. The house was mostly clean but wasn’t what we expected and a few items were broken on checkin. These items were corrected when reported.

We loved it! A total of 4 families with teen agers and infants and we had the best time! The location to the beach was great. The house is kid friendly with baby gates, chair with feeding tray, and a wagon that is used for walking outside; this got used a lot. Having the use of the golf cart was very convenient. We had an issue with the pool (water flow and starting to turn green). Called and the pool guy showed up the next morning and had the pool looking great within the hour. The only thing that could have been better was the pool guy showing up earlier, but we were still able to use the pool so all was well. We would definitely use this location again!

Overall the jouse was clean & as described in the online listing. The property was very responsive to minor issues. Water heater stopped working briefly but someone came our within 2 hours and had it fixed. I wish that the unit had a vacuum cleaner. It did have a broom & dust pan but you get so much sand in there that it would b

Great location and house is pictured accurately. We had a rail fall on the steps but they quickly responded to our call. Golf cart was nice to get to and from the beach. Beds were comfortable! Kitchen had all items we needed for cooking. Only issues: pool area needs weeding and water pressure is not very good (but these are very minimal complaints)

We had the most amazing vacation at this house ever. From the pool right outside the back door to having use to the golf cart. Every bedroom has its own en-suite and that was huge for us. We had ages 75-1 years old. Of course there were quite a few things that could be updated and we were completely bummed the light in the pool didn’t work but at the end of the day these things didn’t take away from a perfect family reunion vacation. Good chance we’ll be back next year!!!

We had a total of 8 adults and four children and it was the perfect size! Having an open living room, dining and kitchen was ideal for having us all together at the same time. Plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. Loved that they provided high chairs, baby gates, baby utensils, and all the pool/beach toys your kids could ever need. Heated pool and golf cart were clutch! Super responsive staff and would definitely book there again!

Everything worked out great. Before arriving, we got a call there was problem with the golf cart, but they got a replacement before we arrived, so that worked out well. Convenient location, close to the beach but close to everything else - restaurants, shopping, etc.

This experience was awful, by far the worst one I’ve had. I booked this vacation back in September, telling them I wanted the heated pool since we would be vacationing in February, no one ever got back to me until JANUARY! Telling me it would be heated.. we get to the property and they didn’t even turn the heated pool on, when I called they said “oh someone must have not put down that you wanted it”.. mind you they fixed it but it took them 3 hrs and me having to call TWICE to get anyone to come out. Then we quickly realized the whole house did not have hot water! And 3 of the tvs were not working. I called again! Telling them the hot water didn’t even work in this house and that 3 of the tvs didn’t work either and they told me they would send someone out.. well 5 hours later and no one came or called so I had to call AGAIN for the 4th time in two days to tell them no one has came to fix our water and we’ve been here for two days now.. they told me “oh no one put the work order in”.. AGAIN.. so then they tell me “oh well get someone to come out right away”.. took them 3 more hours to get someone to come out.. 9hr trip, 2 days without hot water, and a house full of people we were not happy.. finally someone came out to fix all of those things and the next morning I get up and see that the fridge is now leaking.. I called and no one ever showed to fix it! I literally had to call ever single day on this vacation over stuff that 100% should have been taken care of before our arrival.. ridiculous! I’m trying to enjoy vacation not get you all to do your job.. I finally on the 4th day with the continuing problems asked for a partial refund because this was not a relaxing vacation. It was me baby sitting people who we’re supposed To be doing their job and making us a priority.

We visit Destin every year and this property was in a great location..the golf cart was great as we used it to get to the beach. Even when we had a issue there was 24hr maintenance number to fix our issue and that was great also

The property was in a great location, and greatly priced. The cleaning service did say they were late getting to our property and it showed as found several belongings to others before us. And the air conditioning filter was dirty causing extra condensate to build up and leak into the kitchen some, and that was with the thermostat on 72. But the other than that overall stay was wonderful and relaxing. The pool was clean and great and the golf cart was very convenient.

They did not bring the golf cart till last minute. Bed sheets were not washed. Showers were not working properly and some showers did not get waters there.

Great for large groups with kids! Plenty of baby gates and everything you need for toddlers or babies. Loved our stay and will be back here every year.

We enjoyed ourselves so much! We had five grandkids with us from 1-8 years and had no issues. The baby gates for the stairs were a wonderful help. I needed to contact owner once and responded quickly and solved our problem. Housekeeping could do better, because there was “stuff” u see dressers and beds that we had to check out because of the little ones. The pool area was excellent! Overall wonderful!!

We had 7 adults, 14 teens, 3 children. The house was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the balconies, the pool, the view, and the choice of an elevator or stairs. There are several activities near and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 6 miles away. Great for a large group!

Great location, pretty clean property. We did but didn’t need to bring as much as we did. The house had everything for day to day life. A few dings and dents that were to be expected with a rental with that much traffic. Would definitely stay again.

Had my moms 70th birthday and the house was excellent for all ages. We played games, swam and then took a short walk to beautiful beach. If you can a rent a golf or bike to go to beach, it would be nice. Not necessary but think it would make it easier to find parking at the beach.

House was just as stated in listing. About .3 miles to the beach, restaurant, shops,etc. Great place to rent a golf cart right down the street. House was clean, fit our large party comfortably...we enjoyed our stay!

Just a few blocks from the beach access. Bonus to have Cabana Joe’s right there to grab some food or drinks. The home was well stocked, clean and spacious. Perfect for our multi-generational group. We all had space. The pool and out door space were ideal. Only complaint was the squeaky floors in the upper BR made it hard to sleep in the one below. This is a great rental!

It is really hard to find a home with some many bedrooms each with their own private bath. This was really important especially in 2020 and multiple families joining to stay in the same home. Most homes have tiny pools, this pool size was great for lots of kids to play. It was a little walk to the beach but some days we would drive because there was plenty of public beach parking. We will absolutely rent this home again. So many special memories were made with 4 generations of family members from age 4 to 91!
