4/17-4/24 We headed south for our first visit to AMI. We wanted a private pool on the beach for 4 adults, two 18 year old boys, 16 year old girl and 13 year old boy. Beachfront Bungalow was the perfect spot. Beach access was amazing. Pool was big with a sun deck built in and a few sitting ledges. Hot tub would heat up pretty quickly. House was great, smaller living room with seating for 5 but we were outside most of the time. Bedrooms were great, 3 King beds and bunk room with two twin over full beds. Lots of towels and beach towels. Great outdoor shower and 1/2 bath is connected to pool deck. Our only suggestion would be to update outdoor dinning table/chairs. There is a table but only 4 chairs for eating outside. We all agreed, we will be back!!

We had such a great time celebrating my 40th birthday at this lovely beach cottage - such a perfect location! From the heated pool to the lovely spa to the gorgeous white sand beaches just steps out the back gate... everything was perfect. We stayed in and cooked in the well appointed kitchen - local fish, shrimp and lobster oh my! So good.

Can’t wait to get back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Bungalow. The property was well maintained, the large pool was great. Plenty of chairs to enjoy the views by the pool, and it was so nice to have our own private, gated walk to the beach right out of our back door. We highly recommend staying here...we will definitely be repeat guests!

The house was just steps from the beach and our family had a relaxing stay

This was a perfect spot for a family beach vacation. Having the Anna Maria beach as our extended backyard just beyond the pool was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable and the property manager responsive. Pictures showed the property exactly as it was.

Super nice to have a pool on the beach side of the house. Hot tub was wonderful since it was still a little cool outside. Very well stocked with towels and beach towels and super easy access to everything on the island. Big shout out to The Donut Experience! Delicious and fun!

Very nice beach house. Everything very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It's one of the biggest pools we have ever rented in a beach house. Management very communicative and helpful. It was really great. Cant wait to come back!

The only negative thing I can say about our stay is that it was too short! We are checking availability for our next visit.:)

The house and location were wonderful, wonderful!! The pool was like a resort pool. We and members of our family live on Anna Maria but wanted a place for members from out of town, where they could really enjoy the beach, the Island and our Florida weather with pool. This place maximized all of that, it made the week so much fun. thank you to the owners for sharing it!!

We were not disappointed with this rental. House was very nice, great location, steps from the beach. Beautiful relaxing pool. Needed a little maintenance here and there but overall very nice. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing family beachfront retreat to celebrate my daughter's 30th Birthday!! No other property like it on the island with direct beach access yet you feel like you're in your own private oasis!! And the best party pool ever!! Perfect family vacation house with old Florida Charm. Very professional and attentive management company with an easy and helpful booking process!

What a great vacation rental property! I don’t know where to start. The location is absolutely perfect. The pool and spa are to die for. The beach house is so nice with great views of the gulf waters. The property owner/manager was responsive and very friendly. I would give this property 10 stars if I could.

Not sure where to start...just an amazing home in an amazing location. Our family couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a week together. The home is beautiful, the landscaping is impressive, the backyard, pool and hot tub are HUGE and flow right out onto the beach. The backyard was perfect for our small dog -- fenced in, lots of grass, plenty of shaded areas to get out of the sun. The Location was convenient to everything -- we used a rented golf cart as our primary form of transportation to zip around the island. Lots of pool and beach toys stocked for kids. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We loved the house the minute we entered the property. From the lush native vegetation to the home's old Florida charm. Wood beamed ceiling and hard wood floors make this an ideal beach vacation home. With three king sized beds and a spacious bunk room for kids it is perfect for family and friends to enjoy. Inviting ground floor walkout to resort style patio and pool area made it easy to enjoy a quick dip in the pool or walk on the beach. The beach is beautiful and the location makes it easy to travel around the island. We recommend the one mile walk down the beach to eat at The Sandbar Restaurant. We left at 5:30 and returned in time for the sunset. Perfect vacation. We can't wait to come back.
