Good room and friendly good staff

the property is very dirty & staff are very rude specially the manger in the reception he was very rude & when we requested to clean the room he said no staff available & asked us to leave at night 10:30 pm we were all ladies & kids .

One of the staff., (madan) i don't know his possision, but he is not deserve the hotel job. Hotel staff should know about hospitality... When we enquire with him.., he behave like a family enemy.. If you are lucky, you will get network connection.. But am not sure... hot water for bath room 6:00 am to 7:00 am And water for drinking provided in pet jar., never gets mineral water.. First you have to pay room rent then they will lead you to room. If you not satisfy with rooms., never get your money back.. Reception counter.... Full of dust filled.. One of the "Very ugly hotel"

the manager and the receptionist was very very rude they asked us to cancel the rooms . we were group of ladies with kids he spoke to us very rudely

the property was filthy - everything covered in dust !! There is no restaurant and no bar - closed 4 years ago apparently - yet the photos on booking.com show a vibrant rooftop restaurant !! There was no hot water in shower and the toilet seat was so disgusting you didn’t want to use it !!

Horrible hotel

Cockroaches in the rooms , stink in thd bathrooms , Room locks not working , No restaurant , old towels , etc , etc.
